A little communication goes a long way. When checking into this facility be prepared to call the number on the sign that appears to be written in sharpie its a Georgia 404 area code number. A Hispanic gentleman will answer the phone and request your pickup # be prepared with said # once number is given and a few questions asked like carrier,trk # he will quickly depart from the conversation saying that he will call you when the warehouse is ready click. Leaving you scratching your head wondering how because he never asked you to verify your number.

Longest I've waited for a dry load. Now over 10hrs here just started to load. No parking, all parking is in fire lane but have to park to call and check in. The lady everyone complained about is nice if you start off on a good foot. But I did here her get very rude with other drivers but personally good with me. Blind side back unless you have your nose toward 360 and back down the road. That is your best bet as the road is lined with cars making things even tighter. The loaders did not understand what single double single in the nose meant or did they know what a bol was when i asked if I got my bill of lading from them when they are done loading. The loaders however were nice not at all rude. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because everyone i delt with personally was nice. Avoid this place if you can and if you can't be prepared for a long wait...

Very crowded area got to the entrance and was told I had to back up and park on the street before the entrance, very busy and crowded street. The lady at the guard shack was friendly so I will give 2 stars I’ll see how well the loading goes when that gets started for now 2 stars and try to avoid, I would have dropped it, but this loads getting me home.
