I have visited many stores and definitely... I did not know any bad stores until I got here, the prices today Thursday are disproportionate to the things they sell, 10 dollars because it is an anniversary... but most of the things I saw are things that are not even worth 3 dollars in the store... to top it off the lady who collects at the checkout is very rude and gives very little attention if you go to ask something, I definitely do not think I will come back here.

If you're on the hunt for unbeatable bargains and a shopping experience that feels like a treasure hunt, look no further than Deals and Steals! This gem of a discount store, owned by the ever-enthusiastic Isaac, has quickly become my go-to destination for everything from household essentials to unique finds that you just can't get anywhere else.

From the moment you step through the door, you’re greeted by the warm smiles of Isaac and his fantastic team, especially Patsy and Edgar, who elevate the shopping experience to a whole new level. Isaac has truly created a welcoming atmosphere that feels more like visiting friends than simply shopping. His passion for offering quality products at amazing prices is evident in every aisle.

Patsy is a delight! She's always ready to help you find exactly what you need, armed with product knowledge and a friendly attitude that can brighten anyone's day. Whether you’re looking for a specific item or just browsing, she makes the experience enjoyable and hassle-free. Then there's Edgar, whose infectious energy and sense of humor make shopping here a joy. He has a knack for recommending the best deals and is always on hand to lend a helping hand.

The variety of products at Deals and Steals is impressive—everything from trendy home decor to essential pantry staples, all at unbeatable prices. I’ve found so many hidden gems that I never knew I needed! The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and discover new items.

Isaac’s commitment to customer satisfaction is clear; he genuinely cares about his shoppers and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone leaves happy. Whether it’s through special promotions, seasonal sales, or just a kind word, he creates a shopping environment that keeps you coming back for more.

If you're looking for amazing deals and a team that treats you like family, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Deals and Steals. Thank you, Isaac, Patsy, and Edgar, for making every shopping trip a delightful adventure! Keep up the...

I used to love coming to this store—back when the current owner wasn’t in charge. It had great customer service, a welcoming vibe, and a solid selection of products. Back then, it felt like a place that cared about its customers and the community. But those days are long gone.

The owner clearly despises his daily customers—the very people keeping his doors open. Instead of gratitude, he shows open disdain and runs the store like he’s doing everyone a favor by simply being open. Spoiler: you’re not. A business can’t survive without customers, and judging by the steadily declining clientele, more and more people have figured that out and decided to spend their money elsewhere.

Let’s talk about the infamous “open box station.” It started off well enough—you could open any box to inspect items before buying, which was fair. Then came the attitude shift. First, they got angry about customers not buying items that turned out to be broken or clearly used. (Sorry, but no one’s shelling out money for garbage, deal with it.) Next, they limited the station to opening boxes only once per day for a single customer. That might seem reasonable at first glance, but with the number of people shopping here, it still didn’t help much. If anything, it just made the process slower and more frustrating.

Now? They’ve gone full absurdity: you’re allowed to open one box per day, per customer, but only brown boxes with no pictures. Seriously? Make that make sense. How does this help anyone? How does this sell products? It feels like a game of “how much can we inconvenience people before they stop coming altogether.” Well, congratulations, because you’re winning that game.

This store had so much potential, but the owner’s mindset has killed it. If they hate their customers so much, maybe they should just close up shop and spare everyone...

I've known of this place from what others had told me, being that we were all patrons of Black Friday Deals. Being my first time there, I found a number of things that were of value, including a brand-new Freebird Head Shaver. I definitely will be returning again this week to see what else I can find. It's not like the aforementioned Black Friday Deals, but it does offer things that are worth checking out, from electronics to indoor/outdoor apparatuses to fragrances. Give them a try. You may find something you'd never expect to find.

Additionally, during my first visit, I bought a tie that was missing the handkerchief. Last Saturday, I found the missing handkerchief and the manager allowed me to pay $3 for it. That was a blessing, indeed.

ADDENDUM

One of the things about going to stores such as Deals & Steals is that you can do your "special occasion" shopping for gifts that you can give on birthdays, at Christmas, and just because. What helps is that you're allowed to open the products at the box-opening station to assess the quality before purchase, which is quite important if you want to make sure your "deal"...
