Where do I begin. I ordered 3 grilled cheese tacos yesterday for my staff to try since I love them so much and when I got back to my business I saw that they cheated us and stuffed it with ground beef. I called and said that they used the wrong ingredients and the man lied to me and said that's how they are made which is untrue. No other taco bell serves the grilled tacos like that and if i ordered steak grilled cheese tacos why didn't the employee ask if it was ok to substitute ground beef? Then I called and tried solving things with the manager ( yes it was only 13 dollars but as a business owner its the ethics that are the point, the lying and cheating is what bothers me). I asked the manager for a refund since I didn't get what I ordered and she said no, then I asked if they would put it on a gift card (keep the money but make it right) and she said no then she went as far as lying to me and saying there was a sign on the menu saying they only were using ground beef which was not true. She told me she didn't get there until 6pm but the sign went out in the morning saying they were serving with ground beef which was another lie, I very clearly know when they have signs up ( they usually do to say they are out of Mexican pizzas) and if they knew they were out of steak, when I ordered specifically steak tacos then why didn't the employee say they were out and ask if a substitute was ok? Overall very bad business practices and even worse management to know that something ordered did not get served, with no mention of the intention of doing it on purpose. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, be careful of what you order here because they will just serve you anything and not make things right,.I lost faith in my favorite...
Read moreFor some reason, they always forget my sons food. We always get him a cheesy roll up and everytime, they forget it. Sometimes even more than just that. We make it an effort to check our food before leaving the window. Also, don't go if the lobby is closed. If there is a mistake, and you leave the window, they will not open the doors or answer their phones. You must wait in line, let your food get cold, and wait in a long line to get the food. Then your sitting on cold food because they forgot a whole bag of food and no one wants to eat because of the mistake they made by not checking the order before it is handed to the customer and the food got cold by waiting another half hour in line. They won't replace the cold food or even give a refund for anything. Also, when calling during the day or at all, they will not issue a refund. If if they forgot a bag worth about $20, they will not give a refund. No reason. They just wont. Stole my money many times like this. Wish something could be done. It's a constant thing that happens and we must take all the food out of the bags just to check. It is shameful because other customers are waiting and get upset that we are just sitting there, taking forever, but it has to be done.
Another thing, some items are wrong a lot of the times. Ordering taco supremes and going home to see they are just regular tacos.

Read moreIve been "Done" with this taco bell for about a year and a half now due to some past experiences ive had with the place, nothing i would normally leave a review about but now my annoyance with the place has reached new levels, i recently started going there again to see if they switched staff and or made some changes since its close to the place i grab gas before going to work. The food is inconsistent, one night you can get a passable taco bell experience the next night the drive through employees cant grasp the concept of a beef burrito, ive gotten orders wrong here multiple times and only get passable food (For taco bell) a third of the time, ive gone here like 20-30 times in the past year and a half and can only really remember one time the food matched up to what im used to taco bells having in Nebraska or New Mexico and i have a suspicion "extra cheese" or "extra nacho cheese" is more a prayer then an functional option for your order. Sometimes even the size of your order is horribly inconsistent as ive ordered over doordash before for Quesaritos only to get something more akin to a sad rendition of a Beef Burrito. Though its worth mentioning i never went through the trouble of talking to a manager or having my order fixed so maybe if you bully them for good service you may have...
