Panda Express — Restaurant in Grants Pass

We have been coming to panda for sometime, And time and time again our order has been either wrong or missing something! We had an experience once before where my wife waited an hour for our food and once she got the food it was cold and incorrect. She went through the drive through because she was not dressed to come into the restaurant. Well she was forced to go inside to finally get our food which embarrassed her greatly do to her appearance. I called and talked to the manager on duty that night and he apologized for the incident and covered our next meal which when received was amazing,fresh and all there! Well we have been there multiple times sense and each time there has been issues with incorrect or missing food. The small things are ok but when it is every time we come it makes us very unhappy with the service! Today 2-20-2021 they did not fully complete my order AGAIN!! I called and told them what had happen and asked to speak to the manager. Apparently the manager was busy and would not speak with me about the constant mistakes! The woman I spoke with said she was the best I was going to get to talk to. She was short and very undermining while talking to me. She said I could come back and get the rest of my order. (which was not an option)she said I could get the rest of it at a later date as long as it was within 30 days. Which after the many mistakes that have been made may not even happen. I do not say all of this to get free food or anything like that. I just want to know why time and time again my order gets messed up?I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to. I love this Panda Express their food is always really yummy! I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted with nothing but a kind, courteous, apologetic, and professional dimeanor when i had to unfortunatepy call in and complain about an order i had placed with them via their drive thru GRANTS PASS, OR ,location; where my order was wrong and there was missing sauce, wrong food etc. and when I called to discuss this matter with the manager-( his name is "Fong" -The Assistant Manager)-- he completely apologized, was sorry for my troubles And offered To replace both my meals As well as reassured me to not feel bad or guilty about my calling in to complain because that's only way they could improve Which I found to be very professional and nice of him To explain to me! I Felt bad at 1st having to do this but he cleared things up and saved a panda express loyal customer for the future! This place is trash. My fiance and i went there for a interview at 11am the manager didn't even show up till 2pm. Like i geuss he thinks hes the only one with important things to get done at home. On top of that when my fiance went in the girl at the register was rude and not helpful at all. The manager when my fiance finally got too meet him was trash as well. Rude uninterested and short with my fiance. The food there isn't even fresh it all comes frozen. We are a little family trying to get started in life and these People just waisted our time and gas. As if we have gas to be driven from wimer to grants pass. Here let me just go and pick a few dollars for gas from the money tree we DO NOT HAVE!!!
