So the woman who took our order entered it in the system wrong so; the happy meal was wrong, the double cheeseburgers were wrong. The only thing right was the fries (but not hot, just the size)... the woman who took the order, some how didn't have it displaying on our screen and said our total will be at the first window... went to first window to the woman playing a game on her cell phone with her back turned to the window... finally she turned around and took our money... went to 2nd window for the food, and low a behold the first thing she gives us (drink) eas an "extra small" when I ordered a medium. When I said it should have been a medium, she instantly became rude and argumentative and said "the screen says EXTRA small", I told her that I VERBALLY ordered a medium, she once again became argumentative and said "well my screen SAYS EXTRA SMALL. Why, do you want a medium instead!?" I told her no, because at this point she is being confrontational, and I'm not a "karen" so I said "no" meekly... we got the rest of our order and started driving away, my fiance checked the rest of the order, and it was wrong ALL wrong... we didn't turn around due to the abrasive and somewhat confrontational attitude of the woman at the 2nd window... suffice to say we will NEVER go back to that location. Teachable moment for the karen'esque worker: all sized fountain drinks are the same price, so don't argue as if there is a price difference if a customer says it's the wrong size than what they ordered, just give them the right size. I worked at a convenience store whilst pregnant during the PEAK of the covid pandemic and had argumentative customers all the time, guess what sweet heart, they NEVER left dissatisfied, because I did my best to make it right WITH a positive attitude the whole time. If you can't treat people with common courtesy and respect, you should really find a job working in the back room of some place and NOT with...
Read moreWent there for lunch and ordered a large combo. I checked the screen and made sure the order was right. When I got to the window I noticed there was a car parked waiting for food.
First of all, the girl at the 2nd window shoved my drink at me, and right away I noticed that she had handed me a medium drink instead of the large. When she handed me my food, I politely let her know that my drink was wrong. She sighed loudly and said, "Okay, I'll fix it in a minute." She didn't ask for my drink and then she left the drive thru to take food to the parked car.
Meanwhile I place the incorrect drink on the ledge of the drive thru window. When the girl came back, she handed me my large drink. Then she said, "I can't take the old drink back through the window." She didn't explain why, but I later found out that it's some health policy they have at her McDonald's. If it's because they can't take back something a customer touched, then why does the cashier at the front counter take money from a customer who just came out of their car and walked in and ordered, and then proceed to make drinks and bag other people's food without washing their hands?
Anyway, I told her "Well I don't want it, and I don't have room for it." She then points ACROSS the parking lot to a trash can and tells me I could throw it away...
I couldn't believe it. Maybe if it was my mistake I'd do that, but it wasn't.
I told her it wasn't my mistake.
She then put both hands on the window ledge and said, "LOOK, I'm only human, but this was the machine's fault!" As if that in any way mattered. I didn't say anything and drove away while she kept talking.
I'm actually one of the people that think minimum wage should be a little higher, but this person doesn't...
Read moreVery disappointed!!! Terrible customer service!!! First we ordered 10 breakfast burritos for the family only to get told at the payment window they were out of burritos after we ordered, that would not have been a big deal on its own so we change the order at the payment window to 4 sandwiches. After paying at window one we move on to window two. The rep at window two informs us that our new food would take a moment and to pull now to window three, still no big deal. This is where my blood starts to boil... 20 min of watching 15 cars come and go and no one even coming to check with us tells me they forgot. I pull around and go in to the front desk only to be poorly greated. Mind you I don't expect much from McDonald's but I do expect more of a greeting at the front counter then "Yeah, what do you need". I ask Mr. Greeter extraordinaire if they forgot about us and explain that we were outside waiting for 20 mins and what we ordered. Guy looks at me like he may have the same IQ of a McDouble and I've asked him the square root of pi and then ignores my iritation and walks to ask the guy arbitrarily tossing food in bags where ours is. After getting my now cold and not so fast food I got no apology or even some semblance of what might be guilt. This place is just bad, I would love to hear from a manager. I understand that things happen. Its the way they are handled once they are addressed that shows whether an establishment is a...
