I really enjoyed being of service to all my customers and working for the company Jaspers also I need to add that I have the best boss ever Jackie is smart down to earth and very smart hard working and gives her job her all she is always super kind friendly and in great spirits also Admin Sarah is another great friendly hard loyal employee and both are the most amazing team to work for. They won’t sell me my pizza then offers me a discount for the next day. I try to use it the next day and they’re saying no discount was offered. They agree to give me the discount they said they’d give me and I place my order. I wait 20 minutes and go to get my pizza and they say there was never an order for me. I had to replace my order for the 3rd time in 2 days. I’m just tryna get a pizza, LET ME GET A PIZZA.

I just saw another review on how they give you a time close to closing to take home a free pizza. That’s literally what happened to me. I ordered my pizza and they gave me a time, I went to get my pizza and they had closed east. I was at the door and the guy inside ignored me until I called. I called to place an order and was asked if I could be put on a “brief hold.” I was on hold for 10 minutes! When I hung up and called again and told them I was out on hold for 10 minutes, who ever I was talking to acted surprised and said they didn’t know who did that to me. I placed my order and was told it would be done in 15 mins. I get there and pay and my pizza hadn’t even been started to be made! Keep in mind I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. Not only was I put on hold for 10 minutes and forgotten about but when I arrived, my order hadn’t even been started. There was only 2 other customers inside so it’s not like it was busy at all.
