Valentino's — Restaurant in Grants Pass

Thank you for one of the best burgers I've ever had! I don't eat hamburgers often, I am usually disappointed. Especially with fast food. Most places, it's so small and tasteless, it hardly counts as a burger! I used to enjoy Killer Burger, but they've gone downhill. I've never been a fan of In N Out. I happened to be craving one, and Valentino's had good reviews. I love the environment. You can support small businesses, and everyone in your group can find what they like with the variety of food trucks. They are in a covered area so rain isn't a problem. There is also an indoor seating area with restrooms, sports on TV, and a bar. I ordered the Pastrami burger. The crew was great, answering my questions and getting my order perfectly! I have a lot of food allergies, but they made me feel comfortable. The burger was ready in just a few minutes,and looked amazing! First bite, I was in love! It was so big, I could barely get my mouth around it! I usually can't eat an entire burger, but this was so delicious, I couldn't help myself! Everything was fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Tony and a separate side of onion rings for a friend. The woman at the counter clarified that I was paying for my sandwich and another side of rings. When my order came up it had the onion rings in place of the fries that come with the sandwich. I told the guy handing the food out that I was supposed to get fries as well. He gave me a confused look and told me they were under the rings. I looked again and they very clearly were not. I tried explaining the situation again just to receive another blank stare.
