Cajun pasta cold. Garlic bread cold. Waitress horrible as they could possibly get. She studied the new state issued Driver's I.D. Card as if it was an anatomy exam. Actually sent food back, never in my life have done that. And I've had to use evaporated milk for my cereal growing up a time or two. The manager was professional, but strictly that. I am easily pleasible but her offers was a list of rehearsed options shes obviously had to repeat one too many times. Plus aggravated, at who? One would think. I felt as if I was the aggravation. I did not make a seen. I even asked the waitress to come in closer to me speak to her about my displeasure. So other folks would not hear me doing this therefore possibly ruining tips from other guests, but as we sat and waited because my girlfriend was satisfied with her meal and drinks, she never came back to our table for more than 10 minutes and there was all kinds of seating available so she couldn't have possibly been over busy. Her rebuttal to my displeasure was more upsetting as she ran down her thoughts of how to fix my displeasure she told me, after being asked if I would like for me to have them make me a new plate? I replied " no I know how that can go" she says " o no our guys are really CHILLLLL, about things like that". As if this once again happens one too many times. But no thanks on "CHILLLLL". That's why I was obviously already upset. My food was way too "CHILLLL" and how do you "CHILLL" pasta? You don't! No wonder why on a Friday evening out of tons of packed restaurants stacked side by side this restaurant was the only one with barely anyone filling up any parking spaces. Read moreIt's a shame that I have to give this establishment a one store I took my family of seven to this establishment for mother's Day I went up gave them our name told them how many and then we waited 45 minutes to sit down when the hostess took us to our seat they split us up and would not let all of us sit together because we are a party of seven Now if this was a policy why wouldn't you tell us this when we give you our name and tell you how many that we have?? So then the manager comes over and proceeds to argue the fact that she is only allowed to sit at six at a table then a mail manager comes over and says this is his business and he'll run and how he feels fit So yes very unprofessional ill-trained employees. For the simple fact if your policy is not to sit more than six at a table you should state that when a family gives you their name and tells you they have a party of seven or more and a management should learn how to be professional and not cause a scene. That being said, the customer service at the Chili's of Morgantown is terrible I waited for at least 10 minutes before I had to holler back into the kitchen for somebody to come and take my money so I could take my to go food. A hostess even came out and sat some people who it just walked in the door and sat them. To make matters worse when the bartender finally did come out she did not greet me politely she did not say sorry for your wait she said is it paidalrwady paid for?
