DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION: Horrible service, horrible food. We arrived at 10pm on a Sunday night, waited 10 minutes to be seated yet we seen several booths and tables open. When being sat we were given menus but no silverware. Our waiter walked passed us 4 times, saying he would be right with us with each passing. Finally he stops and takes our drink orders. Awhile later our drinks are brought to us and I asked for a straw, he said sure let me get that and walked away. After waiting about 5 minutes or so and watching the ice melt in my drink, I decided to get up and walk around the restaurant looking for straws. Once I found them I returned to our booth, which STILL didn't have straws. Finally when our waiter returned we ordered our food. 15min wait and first up was my husband's boneless buffalo wings, they were cold. My spinach dip looked as though it had sat while under a hear lamp. When we asked for silverware, we were told that they didn't have any clean at the moment but would bring some out as soon as they could. Then, our waiter disappeared. Not knowing where he was, our food was getting colder I got up again looking for silverware. After passing the kitchen door out waiter comes out and hands me silverware instead of bringing it to our table. By the time our actual meals got to the table my husbands pasts was dry and the chicken tenders were hard as a rock. My meal looked NOTHING like it was pictured on the menu. Needless to say I was very disappointed and asked to speak to a manager. While I waited I ordered an Applebees classic dessert that they have been serving for 10+ years. The Blondie. I figured, can't mess this up, it's one of your classics and super simple. I was wrong! The plate is suppose to come out hot with a vanilla like brownie, a scoop of vanilla ice cream with walnuts, caramel and a side cup of a maple cream that the customer is to drizzle over the top of the ice cream. What we got was a cold plate with apple cinnamon filling, a cold blondie brownie with walnuts and light caramel poured on top. When I looked at the dish and informed our service that it wasn't correct, explained to him how it was supposed to look and be made, he took the dish back with attitude as if we were a bother to him. When he returned from the kitchen with the dish, they had just poured more Caramel on top of the ice. At this point I was completely done with the whole experience. Oh and to no surprise, the manager never came to our table. I also forgot to mention this was our SECOND chance given to this restaurant (location) since our first time ended in us just walking out after no one came to take our order 15 mins after being seated. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI received the worst service ever from a server by the name of Madison. Apparently, they were short staffed. I'm a patient person so I understood. Here we are, the next morning and I STILL cannot figure out why the server got upset that I told the manager it took me 12 mins to get my water. If you can stand around and talk, you can do your job. Clearly, I struck a nerve bringing it to the attention of the manager. This girl slammed my appetizer down on the table (which was wrong) that really set me off. BUT I remained calm, I've worked in the industry before so I know the struggle. After seeing that I wasn't eating my appetizer, she never came to my table to check and see how things were going, my food came out warm, not hot but warm. And to my surprise I found a piece of plastic in my pasta! I can't help but think it was intentional. I do appreciate the assistant general manager taking the time out to actually sit and talk with me. Can't remember her name but she was very personable, unlike the other two managers. She even replaced my entire order. I appreciated that but I just couldn't bring myself to eat it, so I gave it away to some guy that asked me for change outside the mall. Madison, I'm sure someone will bring this review to your attention. I hope you never ever treat another guest the way you did me. Even though you were overly rude, I was still going to tip you until you failed to see why I wasn't eating my appetizer. Even after trying to get your attention you ignored me. I have never worked for Applebee's but I'm pretty sure a check back is apart of your steps of service! I, myself am surprised at how calm I was. I hope you learn from your actions and don't treat others the way you treated me. The next person may not be as understanding and adult about the situation. And as far as two of the three managers I spoke with, I hope you guys attend a training soon on how to manage. I never ever write bad reviews, I only review when I get over the top service because people typically only review when they're upset. Here I am a day later and I just got mad all over again. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst experience ever at an Applebee's. It started off bad and never improved. We were in from out of town and stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. We we entered, there was no one at the entrance to greet us and we waited for about 2-3 minutes for the hostess to show up. About 3 employees walked by and never said a word. When the hostess finally showed, she seated us and told us that we would have a new server and to be patient with her. We sat for about 10 minutes without our server even coming around. Then the hostess walked by and asked us if we were doing ok and we told her that we had not yet seen our server. She apologized and went and got her. By that time we told her we were ready to order not just our drinks but our meal too. She took our order and we waited another lengthy amount of time before she brought us our drinks, which she did not get correct and had to take them back. We ordered the 2 for $20 which came with an appetizer. Our server brought out our appetizer in a decent amount of time, but then we sat forever waiting on our meals. Come to find out, she had not done something correct in the computer when she entered our order and I guess they had to re-enter it and put a rush on it. In fact the manager came by and said "your appetizer will be out soon". We told him that we already had our appetizer, which puzzled him. He then came back a little bit later and apologized for the issues and said that he would adjust our bill. The food was not good. I think the main reason for this was they "rushed" our order to get it out to us. My wife ordered her burger well done and it was not cooked right. The bun was charred. My entree was not good at all. I always finish my food but did not eat everything this time around. The manager came by and said that he was taking $15 off our bill. As bad as this experience was, I shouldn't have paid for anything. We paid with the kiosk at the table and got the heck out of there.
