I’ve been shopping at this store for about five years, and each time I’ve been assisted by the gentleman who works there, it’s been a great experience. He is always kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. His customer service is the reason I kept coming back.

However, I’m leaving this review because of the extremely poor attitude from the woman working there. When I walked in, she didn’t greet me or offer any assistance—instead, she stared at me with an unfriendly and unwelcoming expression. It was immediately clear that she had no interest in helping me.

I asked the gentleman if he could hold a few suits for me while I prepared to try them on. I had a drink in my hand, and she told me I couldn’t take it into the dressing room, which I completely understood and respected. But while I was trying on suits, she continued to watch me with visible annoyance—rolling her eyes at nearly every jacket I tried on.

At one point, I genuinely considered pulling her aside to ask if something was wrong, because her attitude was so unpleasant. My honest suggestion for her would be to consider a job that doesn’t involve customer service if working with people is so difficult for her.

Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide that I will no longer be shopping at or supporting this establishment. It’s disappointing to see such great service from one employee be completely overshadowed by another’s lack of professionalism...

I usually don't write reviews for businesses but this place definitely deserves one.

This simple suit store is one of the best in Texas!! I am a local artist and do perform in various programs. I do buy alot of formal suits as well as fancy jackets for my performances and have been to various other places to purchace suits but this has been the best place so far.

Their pricing in unbeatable. Same style/ material suits costs 2 times more in other places (Men's Wearhouse) and still their fitting is not so great.

They have a top notch alteration service. They fit the suit by pinning it to your desire fit. You just have to pick the suit you want from the rack and they are gonna take care of rest.

Great staffs!! They just don't try to sell you but actually help you with the style you are looking for.

Definitely recommend this place to all who are not willing to spend thousands of dollars for a suit. If you're going more for the looks and the style then this is your go to place.

Update for my July 18th visit: The guy working there was great was great help as usual. Picked up a red jacket for my Vegas trip. They were little busy this time for wedding season but still delivered...

My personal suggestion is, Save your time and give money to other business. We decided to buy same color suits for whole family. For our kids there was not any suits for our selected color. They guy at the counter told us he will order and will be ready by next week. We bought one that was available for adults. We visited following week and his response was, it will be ready next week for sure. Okey, i asked him if i need to make payment and he told me, he will order for sure and do not have to pay now. Today I called him in the morning and he said the suits are there and available. When I went to the store, then he told me we have lot of stuffs available. It was third visit and now i have to go another place for the same color we already bought for adult. I would like to make suggestions to management, Please do not make commitments if you can not do that. Our time is also...
