Go back for lunch (were on vacay in the area and wanted something fast), got everything wrong. Asked for cheese on our spicy and regular sandwhich. Did not receive the regular sandwhich and was given a regular sandwhich inside the spicy bagâŚonly got 2 out of our 3 fries. Asked for an 8 & two 12 count nuggets, only got two 8 counts. And didnât get any of the sauces we asked for. Did not get any of the extra pickles we asked for. I know itâs a lot and weâre patient, but when itâs my second order at the same place in the same dayâŚAbsolutely not. When i called to ask for a refund they told me id need to bring all our food up there for itâŚthis would be the THIRD time id have to go up there. Not happening. They inform me they now charge for that which is fine, but that should be listed not only on their in person menu but also on their menus on third parties. I just wasted $10 on coffee that will be thrown out when if theyâre going to make a menu change, that should be advertised so customers are not getting screwed over. Tried to cancel my order as soon as I got off the phone but was informed I would still be charged because theyâve begun the order. Tried to call the manager line and got sent to voicemail. Their store also does not accept âspecial instructionsâ on third party sites for the drinks so you literally have to call the store. Just bullshit all around, Iâll be going to a different location for now on and solely in person since they donât advertise proper prices and substitutions on third parties. I would give the entire experience a 0/10 if I could. So to this location, please properly disclose price changes on your in person menu and third parties menu.    Read moreDO NOT COME HERE !!!!! Iâve had one of the WORSE experiences at this location . If I could give it zero stars I would. There was one specific member who was very very rude and dry . I simply asked for some condiments and he gave me the wrong kind . I politely told him no I asked for a different sauce and he got upset and threw it down at the credit card machine they have outside the drive through menu . I was upset with his attitude and in disbelief as Iâve never experienced that at chick fil a before . On top of that my order was wrong. I asked for a manager and I let the manager know what was going on . He looked as if he didnât know how to respond which from there I contacted corporate. The next day some marketing manager contacted me and proceeded to tell me that the member stated they didnât throw the condiment and that I was basically over reacting and using fowl language. I told the member he had me Fd up which I admitted to corporate but from there I was quiet and just let him talk . He continued to be disrespectful until the manager came and had to tell him to go away .
