I had an outstanding experience at Pollo Regio, all thanks to Alan Rivera again. From the moment I walked in, Alan greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism that instantly made me feel welcome. He went far beyond what’s expected making sure my order was perfect, checking in with a smile, and treating every detail with real care.
It’s rare to come across someone who truly takes pride in their work and cares about every customer’s experience the way Alan does. His kindness, attentiveness, and positive attitude turned an ordinary visit into an exceptional one.
Alan is the kind of employee every business hopes to have hardworking, respectful, and passionate about great service. Pollo Regio is incredibly lucky to have him, and I hope his dedication and effort are recognized. People like him are what make customers want to come back...

Walked in and decor/atmosphere is sad because it looks like a prison common room but I wasn't there for that. Looked at the menu and saw they had nachos. These did the EXACT opposite. The cheese sauce while canned or otherwise is the type of cheese sauce you want (stadium style or movie theater) while I get movie theater can be disgusting. Anyways, everything to include the chips was on poin. Chips super crispy, meat tender. I got the (mixed) which was asada and pastor. Definitely will suggest to anyone looking for...
Read moreCan’t speak on the food but had a weird experience. Was on a short lunch break and went to the drive thru. I asked if they could do refried beans in their bowl instead of charro. They said yes. I ordered it with carnitas and they repeated the order back to me as a bowl with grilled chicken (?) and refried beans on the side. I repeated that I wanted to swap out the beans not add them as a side. They said they’d have to ask if that was okay or not, which is fine, it’s just weird because they initially said yes and misheard me? Then it took 3 minutes for them to come back and say no, they can’t do substitutions. It’s okay for a business to not offer substitutions but have some kind of policy in place and let your employees know so there’s not this weird back...
