Brisket Rules — Restaurant in Grapevine

Dare I say that this spot rivals LSA Burger in terms of taste, and LSA has some of the best burgers I've ever had.

I ordered 2 sliders for $14, the Main Street and the Rail Sliders. Maria, the chef, cooked the beef to absolute perfection, medium rare, amazingly juicy patties, perfectly complimented with each ingredient. The Main Street used a slight bit of mustard with fried onion strings (basically small strings of onion rings), with cheddar, to create an almost sweet, rich slider. The Rail used cooked onion strings instead, with barbecue sauce and gouda cheese. This made for a much richer, deeply savory slider, one you'll definitely want to eat slowly.

I can't stress enough how well every component was cooked as well as how the all go together to create flavors that are so elegant. I'll definitely be returning. I will say that they are so decadent that you'll probably wish that the slider was a full sized burger instead. Hopefully one day!

To the number of tourists hitting Grapevine for events, food and music; please know this BBQ should not be considered Texas BBQ. Like the Pace Picante Salsa commercial, this BBQ tastes like someone else’s version of what Texas BBQ should taste like from New York City.

I had the Brisket slider and spicy pork belly slider. The brisket had no smoke ring and flavored by the sauce (sauce was good) and the pork belly was so tough that it tasted and chewed like jerky.

For the 4.75, the portion of Fries was too small in my opinion compared to the other food kiosks but were flavorful with the right crispiness. The Ancho Lime sauce may not be for everyone but I enjoyed it.

The staff were nice, great customer service but the flavor...

Food is terrible. The pickled veggies taste like vinegar and bad tap water, I thought the pork belly was tofu it was so terrible. The rest of the meat was barely tolerable. The food taste like it had been sitting.

I wish I could give a negative review, their professionalism is just as bad...
