This location has a serious health and cleanliness issues that’re bound to make customers sick: I would advise that you avoid this location.
I stopped in today for the first time ever but visited the restroom before ordering. The restroom had NO SOAP and NO TOWELS.
Customers were essentially rinsing their hands and then proceeding to ice and drinks with wet hands after using the toilet.
Herein lies the problem.
The store’s ice machines were out of ice.
The staff had pulled out an old ice chest and filled it with ice, however, THERE WAS NO ICE SCOOPER!
Customers were using their bare hands and cups to scoop up ice out of this communal ice chest.
I asked the staffer that was attempting to service the empty ice machine if, “he expected customers to use their bare hands or if he had an ice scooper”, to which he replied “yep, use your hands…”
I told him that he has ZERO soap and ZERO paper towels in their public restroom and that I had just gotten done using that restroom, asking, “do you still want me to use my hands?”
He was kind enough to lose his attitude and grab an ice scooper for this wide open, communal ice chest that customers had been digging their hands into all afternoon. This is an outstanding way to spread NoroVirus and make customers very, very sick.
So, shame on you, HTeaO, for not caring about the health & welfare of your customers and for not taking Texas state health & safety guidelines more seriously.
I won’t be back and I strongly urge you to reconsider your visit to this disgusting location that the employees seem to have little to...
Read moreI Came through the Drive Thru one day waiting for My Sons Appointment. Obviously this Place is in Texas, and I’m from New York. So I did not know the Menu. They had quite the bit of Options to choose from. I had some questions and they were Answered, like, I didn’t understand how you can put RootBeer in a Latte…
They got me all set up, through the confusion, and I decided to order the RootBeer Cold Latte. The Staff there was Kind of pushy, it could have been because I was asking questions and they were busy and maybe overwhelmed?! But I felt like I was being rushed or kind of pushed along, because there was so many options and I just couldn’t choose.
The RootBeer Float Iced Latte was REALLY good, to say the least. I would go back there 50 times confused, if that meant I could have another one of those in my Hand. Game changer!! I was in and out in Under 7 minutes. However, it was good, but I spent almost $7.50 on a Medium Drink… 😩 My Recommendations:
•RootBeer Float Iced Latte! ———————————————————————————
Pros:
•Many MANY Different Drinks and Variations/Combos to choose from! •Small Business
Cons:
•Pretty Expensive •Staff are just a little bit pushy and rude when you’ve never been...
Read moreDidn't have a problem until today. I was going to the Bedford location because I lived in Hurst, but I've lived in Grapevine for a couple months now so I go to the Grapevine location. They have the new Peaches and Cream Latte and I asked for either no ice or light ice. They tried to hand me a drink that was more ice than drink. I told the girl I asked for light ice. She tried to claim that you can't get that drink with light ice. I told her I either needed it made with light ice or no ice, so she got her manager. Who didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me nor look in my direction. Simply refunded my nearly $6. I have sensitive teeth, I usually get any drink with no ice at all because I wouldn't be able to drink it for awhile. Anywhere else I go if I were to get a latte and I asked for no ice or light ice because they need to make it cold they take care of it but these people here want to fill the entire cup with ice and then claim that they can't make something with light ice it's complete...
