Other locations may be different but this one the wait is always long and the customer service is a hit or miss. Mainly ,from what I can tell, is that they are severely understaffed. So can't blame the employees , this needs to be said to the manager or even the higher ups. I had to walk out after waiting 15 plus mins to have my order taken and being told it would still take another 20 mins because there were many walk in and online orders before me. In this situation, they only had 2 people so not enough people to handle the work load and yes I feel sorry for them because they were working at a very fast pace in the back too. Other times they had 3 people and they still were far behind the mass amounts of orders coming in. The "hot n ready" motto can't be used, if even the regular hot and ready pizzas are still a 10 plus minutes wait. At that point, I can just go to any regular pizza place and wait that long. So whoever is in charge of how many people can work. Read moreUsually I have great experiences here, today was not that type of day. After ordering through door dash, and forgetting an item. I called the store to ask if I could order through them and pay through the phone to add to my Doordash order. Rasana (I probably spelled it wrong but, she is the assistant manger) answered and told me no I couldn't. Which would of been fine, if she didn't laughabout the situation, and just gave continuous attitude. Terrible way to handle this with a regular returning customer.
Then, we were never given mariana sauce for the cheesey bread. So we drove to the store, where we met Rosana in person. She once again was rude and told us cheesy bread does not come with mariana, and that "next time you should of just ordered it" which we did end up purchasing. She was just overall continuous rude about every interaction we had with her today. I called to speak to the manger about our experience and she said "umm you can just tell me" this is when we found out she was the assistant manager. Called immediately to have my time moved up by 30min and it took the kid 15 minutes to figure out that Jen and Jennifer are the same name despite me giving my order and order number. He confirmed he could accommodate the new time. I get there 15min after it’s suppose to be ready, and it’s not ready. Then they say they haven’t even started making it. I asked to cancel and the kid shrugged and went to the next customer. So I interrupted him and said hey, I need a refund. And surprise surprise, he doesn’t know how to do that either!!! I have to stand there and wait and ask a second time just to be told they can’t do it and I have to do it online. Ordered at the Bedford location and they said that it’s absolutely not true and a refund will be issued upon order cancellation, which didn’t happen. So instead of just doing their job, they can deal with Visa’s Fraud Depatment wasting their time and charging them a chargeback fee! Believe the low reviews! Stunned they’re not lower!
