McDonald's — Restaurant in Grapevine

My experience with this McDonalds just now was terrible. Half the order was missing from the bag but was shown on the receipt. Pure honey was requested, but honey mustard was given instead. My husband returned to the drive thru window to correct inform them items were missing. My husband told the guy at the window he was missing items. He told him we were missing a hamburger and before he could say anything else that was missing the guy shut the window. When he came back he told them we needed pure honey not honey mustard. The guydisappeared again. When the guy came back he asked my husband of the honey he brought back was correct. How about reading the packet? Does it say honey mustard or does it say pure honey? No, it was honey mustard again. Learn how to read. A female employee returned and my husband informed her fries were missing too. She said okay and that they won't charge us for them. You're damn right you won't since we already paid for them. It took over 20 minutes at the drive thru because of poor customer service. Why do you people think you deserve $15 an hour? I'd just like to preface this by pointing out that this mcdonalds doesn't even have a speaker/microphone box for you to order from in the drive through- you have to drive up to a window and order there. Why? This is a nice, well off part of town, but they cant install s simple speaker? Many times this place has gotten my order abysmally wrong, and the service is pretty terrible. If I'm in the drive through, I get my food tossed at me rudely after waiting for what feels like forever for a simple order. If I go inside, no one's ever at the counter at first, and I have to awkwardly stand there for 10 minutes until someone notices the slowly growing line of customers. Even then, the people in the kitchen are literally yelling at each other from across the room, which I normally wouldn't mind, if it weren't for the fact that this meant I normally couldn't hear the person right in front of me over them. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I had 3 orders for my office, and was going to go thru the drive thru. I was told that I couldn't do multiple orders in the drive thru, so I pulled around and went in. Once I ordered, I remembered that I had messed up one of the burgers on an order. I got the attention of the man putting everything together in bags, and asked him if it could be fixed. He got very annoyed and was very rude about it, but fixed it. I was just shocked to see that this was one of the managers who was so hateful to a customer. I will never spend money at this location again. How can the staff be expected to be friendly if the managers are not modeling that behavior? I work in customer service and would never be so hateful to someone like this.
