I would not recommend eating here at all. Find the next nearest McDonald’s. I came here because it was a play place and we’re staying in a hotel so my kids needed a place to let out some energy. Never again. As soon as I got out of my car there were at least 4 or 5 cars waiting on their food, the lady who worked at McDonald’s brought out a bag of food and started to argue with a man in a van about the order. She walked inside, I assume to fix the order and he drove off. I walked inside it was no different. I ordered 2 orders of hot cakes, 2 chocolates milks and a small iced peppermint mocha for dine in. I got my chocolate milks first thing and went and got a table. They called my order and it was bagged like it was to go. One of the ladies got a tray and sat it on a tray because she remembered it was dine in. I stood there for a few minutes and waited on my iced drink. After standing there they asked what I needed, I told them. No one ever made it. By this time there was 7 or 8 people waiting for food and correcting wrong orders. So I went and sat down because I wasn’t dealing with it. Right before leaving I went up to the counter again and told them I never got my drink, the lady who took my order asked the people making orders to make my drink. No one ever did. I was going to talk to the girl making food but they were arguing with people again about food. So I left. Hardly any tables cleaned. Drink station was a mess. Food in the floor everywhere. Would not recommend to anyone... they need to put people in charge there who are concerned with how to properly run and maintain the...
Read moreAfter the renovation, this McDonald's has gotten miles better than what it use to be like. But sadly it's still a shame that for such a great friendly tourist city like Grapevine, this McDonald's will probably leave some visitors with a bad impression.
Speaking as a Grapevine resident, I avoid this location due to repeated crummy service.
In the very few times that I've given this location a chance I've been sold an ice cream that they couldn't produce later, had missing added-on items, the employees wouldn't deliver food to my table (even though the self service kiosk said they would), and the employees tend to be in sour moods every time I've been there.
It's stinks that I avoid this location since it's got a neat light table that changes color when you touch it and those slick touchscreen soda dispensers, but at least at the Southlake or Grapevine Walmart locations I don't feel like I'm bothering the employees by my very presence.
Hopefully, I'm the only one that experiences poor service here because Grapevine really is a nice place full of...

I didn't wake up late, but I didn't leave on time either. Enjoyment can be a wicked mistress. So maybe it goes without saying( but 80% of what most people say really SHOULDN'T be said by anyone ever,)but I'll say it anyway, I didn't eat anything before I left..I intended to power through till lunch. The problem with powering through is that it takes fuel....ok there's a freaking McDonald's on the way,THERE IT IS! OK while I'm in the drive through line I can get organized so that as soon as I get to work I can jump out and do it...
That was the last thought I had before I found myself drink in hand food in bag next to me on the passenger seat ,more disheveled than ever because of this new cargo I had in the form of breakfast. Still not organized still not complete enough to jump out when I got there ...all because well,I left late AND the McDonald's crew was so freaking quick I was no closer to being ready for work. Except I DID have a really great mcgriddle hash brown and...
