HORRIBLE AND RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! All the reviews for this location i just read are so true and legit. This location needs to hire employees with good customer service and who can keep their customers happy. The employee named SAM disrespected me this morning. I was there for a caffe latte and a customer ahead of me took the drink he just made thinking it was hers obviously because she ordered before me. And i thought maybe she ordered the same drink as mine so she got hers first as they didn't take any name while i was ordering. Than I literally saw her taking the drink to her mouth/lips and she realized that it was not her drink. So she left the drink on the counter and told the guy it was not the drink she ordered. So she got the right drink and she went away. The guy SAM told me that the drink was mine which the lady left in the counter touched by her mouth. I told SAM that the drink was touched by her mouth and in a rude manner he opens the lid and says no it hasn't. I was right by the lady and i saw her doing so and he was behind the counter. He made me another drink after two other customers behind me being rude and disrespectful. Didn't even apologize. So i Kindly request starbucks for better customer service from this location because nobody deserves to be mistreated like...
Read moreThis review is so long overdue, but I feel like it’s so necessary. I used to work at this mall and went to this Starbucks daily and most days multiple times a day. I can’t believe how impressive the service I would consistently receive was key word CONSISTENT! Yulee is an absolute gem and I feel like she should have the opportunity to run this place she is absolutely amazing. Thank you for making me feel so special everyday, memorizing my order, walking my coffee into my store sometimes when you guys were slow because you know how busy I get, and just being genuinely kind. She is amazing at making drinks and I know that every time it was her making it, it would be absolutely perfect. Sam also replicated a lot of that and is amazing, kind, intentional and works super hard! He constantly went above and beyond for me to make my day and put a smile on my face! Read moreI wish I could give no stars after today I don’t think I’ll be going back for awhile! I work in the mall and have a limited break time so I always order my stuff through the app 10 min before I go on break so I know it’s ready and just in case they’re busy. But today was worst I’ve ever been treated. I ordered like I normally do and waited 25 min for my drink after ordering it and for the 3rd time in a row when I ordered food they were out and never told me. So because no one told me I waited patiently for them but I had to get back to work and once I asked they were like I don’t have it. But this time by the time they told me they were out and i had 5 min to get back to work and used my reward that i earned by spending money there for my food and i asked if there was a way they could just give me a gift card or something for the amount I spent on my reward because I couldn’t wait anymore my break time was up and they just said nothing they can do about it didn’t even try to do anything or offer anything so after that I won’t be going...
