I've never in my life ordered Little Caesars, especially a deep dish pizza, but last week I tried it with just the sausage and liked it. This week, I thought I'd splurge and get three toppings. If you look at the picture, the toppings were scarce, even though it's $3 more for two extra toppings. The bottom left piece, especially, only has toppings on the left side. This could be the perfect pizza if they would even season their sauce, which tastes like it came from a can and was dumped onto the pizza. The crust is slightly doughy at the top, but still edible.
My biggest qualm tonight was the wait. My order went through around 10:10 p.m. and I already paid for it. It was supposed to be ready and in the portal by no later than 10:47 p.m., but I got there and waited about 20 minutes because they had just put it in the oven at about 10:50 p.m. WTH? There were multiple people sitting in the front of the store waiting for their food, so I went to my car to wait.
I got my pizza almost one hour, 55 minutes after ordering it, and 20 minutes after it was supposed to be done. Domino's and Pizza Hut would have definitely had it ready faster. Little Caesars can no longer call themselves the hot and ready pizza because they aren't, those days are gone!
I had to ask about my pizza three times because the young lady must have thought I was a different person each time I asked. I'm thinking it's best to not have only teenagers working in the store late night. Maybe some more adult supervision would make things go smoother.
I won't be visiting this store again. Very disappointed, especially since I just decided to try their deep dish pizzas, but the customer service was bad enough for me to...

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Little Caesars (Grayson Hwy). I placed an order at 9:34 PM for just cheese sticks for my daughter. The app showed my order would be ready by 10:04, so I arrived around 10:15.
When I got there, the only employee at the front handed me the wrong order (I knew because I read the box). When I told her it wasnât mine, she simply said, âSorry guys, itâs my time to clock out, my ride is outside.â She walked off, and another employee came out from the back, grabbed a water, and went right back without saying a word to customers.
I checked the app again and saw my order was still listed as âin the oven.â I came back later when the app showed it was being packed. A different employee was at the counter this time and told me my cheese sticks had been sitting out cold, not even in the Pizza Portal or heated section, just on the counter. She asked if I wanted them remade â but by that point, it had been over an hour and a half. My hungry daughter couldnât wait any longer, so I asked for a refund.
The employee said she had to call her manager before refunding me, and eventually handed me a receipt (which I hope is actually for the refund). At no point did anyone apologize for the ridiculous wait or poor service.
This location is completely unprofessional and shows zero regard for customers. Staff clearly need training on basic service and communication. I ended up going to Papa Johnâs, where I got the same cheese sticks in under 20 minutes.

Read moreHorrible service this evening. We use this store 95% if the time we order from Little Caesars. Started calling in a carry out order that is NOT on the Hot and Ready menu at 7:10pm. Took almost 5 minutes for them to answer the phone. At 7:16 the order was placed. Was told it would be 15 minutes before it would be ready, which is why I called ahead. At 7:30 I went in to pay and it was not ready. I asked to speak with a manager so that I could ask for a discount since I was waiting the additional time plus the amount of time I spent calling ahead. The cashier went to the back and returned and said I could not have a discount. I again asked to speak with the manager who finally came up front. I again explained why I was asking for a discount and manager Jack said no. I asked if the store was a corporate store or an franchise and he did not know. Explained the difference to Jack and the cashier and was told it was a franchise store but would not give me a contact number for the franchise business office. This franchise is owned locally.
I didn't get my order of 2 wings and 2 Pepperoni Cheese bread until 7:48. Took 38 minutes from the time I started calling to place my order to when it was given to me. That is completely unacceptable, especially when you call ahead and is told it will take 15 minutes. Jack and his pizza makers never cooked my order until I showed up to pay. So much for a carry out order. Maybe Little Caesars no longer...
