I’m not certain why this place has such good reviews. The lines at the drive through are always long but today was too long we sat in line from 3:05 to 3:50 only to 1, Hear the Manager a man screaming so loudly at the cashier that I had to roll my Windows down! I couldn’t believe what my ears were hearing! He shouted and shouted and shouted. This is the type of treatment you’re sending your kids to work to take? I knew that she made a mistake that required his help! As a manager of any one shouting is never ever aloud let alone someone’s child. He at the end of his tyree he said JUST SLOW DOWN!!! About five times when the young lady opened the window I asked was he shouting at her and with a bowed down head she said nothing!!!!! Slow down for what we were in that line so long they got my order confused! Of yes they did. Handed out bags that did not have my complete order and when I begin asking where’s my shake? Where’s my pies? Where’s my McFlurry? The lady who placed my ordered said ‘Oh I remember your order, but told the young girl to ask for my receipt to see if I paid for everything I was asking for???😎 I love it when people act out on me! The could careless about reviews’ while at the same time what the Male Mgr in the Light blue shirt did to that young girl was humiliating and degrading! Not only that it’s Abuse verbal abuse. People watch where you spend your dollars and more importantly where you send your children to work. Teach them abuse of any kind is Not Acceptable!!!! Because of these two people in management and their actions I write this review praying the parents of the young adults working there read this and inquire with their child as to what goes on educate them to what is acceptable and what is not! Read moreI see how a lot of kids don't even listen to their managers. One time I saw a manager crying because she got yelled at for doing her freaking job. Honestly, this happens a lot when I go to this McDonalds. I overheard a conversation between two employees that I believe were managers. They were saying that they have to deal with rude and disobedient kid employees all the time and they can't write them up. The only person who can write them up is the store manager who I believe is named Barbara? And she doesn't even do anything. I feel so bad for these managers I wish them the best. But Barbara, if this is true, I feel bad for you. Because you aren't doing your JOB. It's pretty sad that employees have these complaints about you and have to live with this. FIX YOURSELF and remember that you are a grown woman that found herself a job at a freaking MCDONALDS. Others don't even have a choice to work their and are supporting themselves and their family with a low paying job. I believe that you have to show other employees to respect their managers because that is just disrespectful and embarrassing on your part. I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with McDonald’s that left me feeling completely dissatisfied and cheated. I placed a mobile order at 3:02 PM, expecting to pick it up at 3:22 PM. When I arrived, not only were two cars allowed to go ahead of me, but when I informed the staff about my mobile order, I was told that they were not taking any more orders for the evening.
Despite my protest that I had a mobile order, the staff insisted that the mobile ordering system was malfunctioning. However, it was clear that they simply did not want to prepare any more dinner items as they were transitioning to breakfast. This is unacceptable, especially since McDonald’s advertises that dinner is served until 3:45 PM. If the staff refuses to fulfill orders, they should not allow the app to take customers’ money for orders they won’t fulfill.
To make matters worse, my money was tied up in the app, preventing me from even going to another location. This left me without food and without the money I had already spent. This is incredibly unfair and poor business practice.
I am extremely disappointed in McDonald’s service and their failure to meet their advertised commitments. This experience has made me reconsider ever using their mobile app or visiting their stores again. If you value your time and money, avoid this place until they get their...
