Howard's Pizza — Restaurant in Great Falls

Very quick delivery and good food. Everything they put out is a 10/10. Pizza is their specialty, but any item on their menu is better than any other in the city for its quality. Fried chicken is bomb, and no better mozzarella sticks anywhere.

Except for one thing. Canadian bacon(ham) is not bacon. I know its pricey for real bacon, but if a customer orders bacon, explain you dont have bacon and inform them that you have ham(not Canadian bacon, which is basically saying skim milk is milk.) Ham is not bacon. Bacon is crunchy and delicious. Ham goes on sandwiches not pizza. Not playing down ham, ham is great. But it is not bacon. Bacon is bacon. If I order bacon on a pizza, I expect bacon(crunchy and bacony), not ham. I recently ordered a pizza from yall(amongst other things, which I will say were absolutely delicious, especially those cheese sticks) and I will say even though my pizza came with ham on it(not bacon) it was still very delicious. Yall do good work. Just fix the bacon issue. Not saying you have to have bacon as a part of the Howard's Pizza tradition, but just ensure your bacon loving customers are not inflicted by this horrible oversight. Otherwise you may be the first company to be sued over bacon, kind of like that McDonald's incident in the 90's. But I want you to take over Pizza Hut and the rest of the lot, with those awesome truck ovens(my God what an awesome thing!) Anyway, thanks for food(except you forgot...

Seriously, what has happened to Howard's? I get it that restaurants are busy this time of year, but this is ridiculous. I was happy to pay $30 for a Howard's Pizza. I didn't care that was going to take 90 minutes to be delivered? I even left the driver a $10 tip. I am such a chump. ... I hate when people complain. But I am putting my virtual foot down. This is SACRILEGE.

Look at it! ... desecration of a local treasure.

Obviously, I am emotionally distraught. But it is not just a pizza. It is Howard's Pizza! Everyone who has been to Great Falls knows of the Howard's Pizza.

Honestly, knockoff Howard's Pizza in Missoula is better than this... burnt cardboard.

I pray that the Spirit of Howard will one day come back to our cold, windy city. I can't live on Stuffed Crust ™️ Corporate Pizza any longer. Sure their loyalty programs and prices are alluring (cough hint hint).

Taste of food is delicious Service is TERRIBLE I tried to place delivery at 445pm they claimed the didnt Start delivery till 5pm. There flyer that has the menu on it they pass out for you to take home says delivery open at 4pm daily. I then Decided to do pick up order so I could still make it to work on time . I order 2 salads with ranch a small fry and large Howards special with pepperoni. Needles to say we got no ranch on are salads are fries and pizza was over cooked. I called to ask to have ranch delivered to my house so I could still make it to work on time and they told me I would have to wait 40 minutes to 1 hour to get a simple ranch I asked if someone else besides a delivery driver could bring it and they refused. I spoke with manager and he told me it wasn’t his problem and I would just have to wait. Thanks...
