The food is good. However, my experience today will prevent me from going back. The employee that took my order (Chris) was super unprofessional as he greeted my husband and me when we first got there. He was so impatient and rude while we were trying to decide what to order, that I apologized for taking so long. His attitude escalated from there. My husband was very offended by the way this man spoke to me and made me feel uncomfortable for asking him to do the job HE GETS PAID TO DO. Chris continued to talk badly about us to the other employees while we were still in earshot, to the point where I threw away the rest of my meal and felt so uncomfortable we left. My husband has a very difficult time getting me to go anywhere to eat at 7 months pregnant. As we left, Chris was sarcastic and laughing with the fellow crew members as we left. I was so embarrassed, especially since there were other people in the store that heard the whole ordeal. I finally asked him his name as nobody was wearing any sort of name tag and told him to have a nice day. Jimmy John's has lost my business strictly because of the way their employees...

Today's error was as follows:
Driver arrived and attempted to deliver the sandwich across the street. Although my mom always tips the drivers, this particular driver stated he had no change and expected her to hand the rather large bill she had.
Since when has gratuity been expected?
Jimmy Johns was called. They did offer a $10 credit on the account which was kind.

We called in and not only was it not ready in the 35 to 40 min, but they forgot our sides and drinks. We didnt mind. They ONE guy upfront was nice, but we asked him for napkins and he politely pointed us in the direction and then TWO different employees had to jump in and say "right in front of your face" and "right where you were standing stupid". They were rude and snarky, with 8 people working and not a single manager. One customer was on the phone already with a boss and another customer walked out saying he was never coming back because of how rude they were when they messed up his sandwich.
