Blackjack Pizza & Salads — Restaurant in Greeley

It was a very sad evening. My family got our 2 usual pizzas, the same one's we've ordered several times, but tonight...ugh. There was absolutely no taste to either pizza. None. I'm not exaggerating. No taste except for the black olives on one of the pies. We couldn't tell if it's different cheese, different sauce, different meats or maybe they used to use MSG and no longer do. Whatever is different, it is not good. At least they didn't taste terrible I guess, but what happened? How can a pizza taste like absolutely nothing. And no, it wasn't our individual taste buds, the Pepsi tasted just like Pepsi, our dessert tasted just like it was supposed to. C'mon Blackjack. We liked your pizza. It will be sad to have to find a new place to get pizzas. On a good note though, the service was a okay. We called at 8:29 on 6/15 they said it would take 20 min. We come to pick up our pizza and they say it’ll be 5 more minutes. Okay we wait 5 more min go back in and they never started our pizzas ? And 7 more minutes now we’ve been waiting in the parking lot for over an hour. This is beyond ridiculous? How do you take an order over the phone and then somehow you forget to make it ? I’ve now watched about 5 people walk out with their pizzas. They don’t seem to care they they never made our pizza. Isn’t pizza supposed to be fast lol ? This experience was horrible.

Update: blackjack on west 10th helped us out with a refund for our experience. They were very apologetic. We were put first in the situation which is amazing customer service. I completely understand that this is Halloween and this store was extremely busy; however.... the customer service I received was horrible. We placed our order over the phone and were told that our carry out order would be ready in an hour. I arrived in 57 minutes. I thought it was odd that the cashier grabbed my order from the side of the beverage case because it didn't appear to be in an area of the warmers. I drove home about 7 minutes and was very disappointed when we opened the boxes to cold pizza.

I called to inform the staff that our pizza was cold and to let them know that it wasn't placed under the cooler. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude!!!
