Fourth time coming here and this will be the last the customer service they give in the afternoons is THE WORST our first time here was in the morning and the girl who served us was super welcoming and nice she even recommended what drinks to get since we said it was our first time unfortunately the following 3 times were in the afternoon and this girl (Ali, Ale something like that)was anything but nice we ordered the same drinks the first time and she downright refused to make my son the blended horchata saying that was NOT offered when the girl from our previous visit had made it and recommended it so we left with the iced version. The following time the SAME girl was there and I insisted we had that drink before because my son liked the blended more than the iced one so she said she was gonna check "with the manager" but did it, mind you the whole time I stood there I never saw her talk to the manager the 3rd time bobas tasted like water but didn't complain it happens however this last time it was the same thing water tasting drinks and the SAME Ali girl refused to remake one of the 3 drinks and only agreed to the other 2 after I told her to use a different straw so she could taste how watery they were, like really? Every time we come here we pay $20+ and tip every single time this is NOT cheap the least you could do is make them right and I wasn't even being rude I have worked in customer service and I know what is like to deal with someone rude yet she was giving me an attitude so because of her HORRIBLE customer service we will not be coming back I highly recommend not keeping someone like that around who is just driving away customers and making the business a bad place which is a shame because it is very nice and we had loved it the first time that other girl...

I passed by this place through the parking lot probably four times a week and always say I've got to go in there and I finally did today and I'm glad that I did I can't exactly tell you what it is that they have because it's intricately amazing in flavor honestly I can't even tell you what I had but I can tell you this it had some little balloon type of fruits in the bottom that when I sucked up the liquid the little balls came up and popped in my mouth it was kind of fun actually. The gals that work there said that a 15-year-old young lady created all of the different flavors and the drinks which I countered by saying she should get on Shark Tank right away! The staff is great, and the place is clean, and they have a drive-through! but you have the worst Taro flavor out there. We came in because you are the closest place to get a boba. We requested our taro to be in a smoothie large cup. Things were great until I took a zip on our way out, and it wasn't sweet. I thought the boba would compensate for the lack of flavor, but it was worse. The boba had a tasted like tap water 🚰 or when a food was left on a metal container.
