What is not to say I come here every day some occasions twice a day don't tell my husband LOL, Mo, Riley, Erik, Pookie one Pookie 2 Pookie 3 Pookie four, Pookie 5, Kristin and if I haven't named you... I can name a sweet memory that we have like my buddy that has the creative MOJO of a rockstar and we always come up with shark tank ideas and collage ideas with the Dutch stickers You Know Who You Are, and my buddy with the amazing mustache, and let's not forget my Esa sports buddy and my other buddy with the rocking pony tail and the wonderful pup he saved! You ALL make my morning you set the stage for my day everyday of the week! Seriously you set the vibe the energy I love you all from the bottom of my ♥ great group of people with work ethic it's hard to find in customer service anywhere else. If I was rich I would love to do great things for all of you. I can only hope that the owners or coorparate see this review and do something for you guys or your store. I on occasion will have to go to other Dutch Brothers all throughout Weld County and Larimer County and I feel that you make your drinks especially to perfection both Weld County Dutch Bros locations are consistent in their drinks and how they come out I hope that makes sense I can order the same hazelnut truffle mocha let's say in Loveland location and it is not the same I really appreciate that I know what I'm getting at my Dutch Bros my besties once you go dutch you never go back! Today was my very first time coming here and trying Dutch bros for the first time and the drive thru set up is horrible I got there before this lady and I didn’t know that the right side lane is to pretty much to jump the line and have people let you go in first even though others have been waiting, the lady taking our orders step infront of my car to make sure i don’t drive forward just to let the lady on the right lane go before me even though I had been waiting there longer than she had, when I told her I found that rude and that I had been there longer she pretty much just told me sorry that’s how She’s trained to do things next time go on that lane if i didn’t like it. Which again her response was really rude, the guy at the window was a total sweetheart and really nice but it was such a bad first time experience I really don’t want to go again. everywhere you go you’re served in order that you arrive and here they pretty much just made me feel like I had to give the lady the right away even though I’d been there first. I have the right to be upset because of the confusion but the rudeness from the employee is what did it for me. I’ll stick to other coffee places where they’re fair and serve you in the order...

Walk up. What’s the point? I’m in a bit of a hurry, drive thru is packed and service seems slow. So I choose to park my car and walk up as there is no one in line there. I order 18.00 of stuff treats, a smoothie, and a latte. Approximately 10 minutes later I check in at the window and I am quickly told that drive thru gets priority of orders so I have to wait for drive thru to clear for mine to be filled.

I tell them that I’m in a hurry and I still get told that I’m sorry but orders come in priority and drive-through gets priority. I had no choice but to leave fortunately they were able to get the treats and the smoothie. I had to leave the seven dollar coffee there I contributed to Dutch Brothers profits for the day Why have a walk up if you have to wait for the drive-through to clear.
