Read moreToday was my very first time coming here and trying Dutch bros for the first time and the drive thru set up is horrible I got there before this lady and I didn’t know that the right side lane is to pretty much to jump the line and have people let you go in first even though others have been waiting, the lady taking our orders step infront of my car to make sure i don’t drive forward just to let the lady on the right lane go before me even though I had been waiting there longer than she had, when I told her I found that rude and that I had been there longer she pretty much just told me sorry that’s how She’s trained to do things next time go on that lane if i didn’t like it. Which again her response was really rude, the guy at the window was a total sweetheart and really nice but it was such a bad first time experience I really don’t want to go again. everywhere you go you’re served in order that you arrive and here they pretty much just made me feel like I had to give the lady the right away even though I’d been there first. I have the right to be upset because of the confusion but the rudeness from the employee is what did it for me. I’ll stick to other coffee places where they’re fair and serve you in the order...
Read moreWalk up. What’s the point? I’m in a bit of a hurry, drive thru is packed and service seems slow. So I choose to park my car and walk up as there is no one in line there. I order 18.00 of stuff treats, a smoothie, and a latte. Approximately 10 minutes later I check in at the window and I am quickly told that drive thru gets priority of orders so I have to wait for drive thru to clear for mine to be filled.
I tell them that I’m in a hurry and I still get told that I’m sorry but orders come in priority and drive-through gets priority. I had no choice but to leave fortunately they were able to get the treats and the smoothie. I had to leave the seven dollar coffee there I contributed to Dutch Brothers profits for the day Why have a walk up if you have to wait for the drive-through to clear.
