Dearest Chipotle (Corporate),
I am writing to let you know how continually blown away by the level of customer service I experience at the following location:
807 17TH ST., UNIT A GREELEY, CO 80631
I travel all over the United States for my business and it's fair to say I have a slight addiction to your food. Regardless, this store, is continually the most fun, kind, has the most well cooked and prepped food as compared with the dozens and dozens of stores I have visited across the country. Chipotle is always a great experience and I used to think it was just because this store is where I lost my "Chipotle V-card" way back in college, but now I am convinced. This store and it's staff are just phenomenal! They almost always recognize me. If they don't, I can't tell because I always feel appreciated.
What compelled me, the tipping point really, to tell you this was my experience with Mitchell tonight. He and I had never met before, but I came in due to a bad experience next door and without even knowing me or how many burritos I've purchased he was fun, interacted well with his team, got to know me, and even comped my bowl. I don't typically (only once before) go out of my way for this kind of a thing, especially on Friday nights, but someone needs to know how this store, regularly makes your customers feel. I've referred countless friends and even stangers to this Chipotle and will continue to do so because of the staff there.
Mitchell and everyone I've ever met at my local store over the last 6-7 years continually exceeded my expectations. Just when I think that my almost fantasy-like relationship with Chipotle can't get any better, I meet a guy like Mitchell and his "shift crew" at the best store I've ever purchased a burrito from.
I just thought someone should know. I'll be back for lunch on Sunday...
Read moreCame in today around 4 and found the atmosphere to be calm, relaxing and welcoming. Had a chat with two of the staff as they made my burrito (really prioritized getting my burrito right and neatly wrapped) The staff were very friendly such to the point that other customers even joined in to the conversation. Tara was working the register and provided a wonderful experience to all through engaging conversation while keeping the line moving. I didn't get the name of the guy who made my burrito but he was an excellent employee who put maximum effort into helping get my order right and taken care of.
It was nice to see the kitchen staff and the line staff communicating effectively, the man making my burrito whos name I didn't get (about 5'9, Caucasian with brown hair about 5 or 6 inches long) noticed he was low on black beans. he hollers "quarter black beans left) This phrase was repeated by a woman in the kitchen. That is communication and team work I typically see in health care with trauma teams. These employees were definitely a team and well oiled machine focused on helping the customer as much as each other.
I've always enjoyed this location and the staff here. Everyone on shift today even the workers in the back (who also had a role in making sure the food was well prepped, cooked, and was sanitary) definitely deserve a raise and some paid time...
Read moreMe and my partner arrived last night (7/8/2025) around 9pm. We had a pretty long day and never once have I had a problem with this location. We walk in and was greeted by a nice lady and next thing I know another young lady walks by and grabs the bowls we ordered and proceeded to ask what we would want. We said rice, and quite literally gave us half a scoop, and proceeded to do that with the rest of the toppings we asked for. We politely asked to put more and then was questioned by her with an attitude, “Is that enough for you? Is it?” We thought that was extremely rude. We quite literally paid full price for half the amount we typically get. She then proceeded when checking us out “Is that all you want?” and she continued to roll her eyes at us. Never once were we ever treated this way at a chipotle and especially this location. It genuinely baffles me the way she acted. In description, she had black hair in a shag style, a large septum with dark makeup. Don’t know her name, but the worst experience I’ve had yet. Not to be over dramatic but they gave us a questionable amount of beans, I shouldn’t be able to count 20...
