Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Greeley

I have been coming to this for location since opening day. Love it. Huge fan. Been to multiple locations across the country and this one WAS the best one in the nation. Fast, friendly, great people and nearly never made a mistake. Sadly over the last few months quality has went down hill bad. I haven given it time for the errors to be corrected but it seems like the staff is more interested in getting it out the window then how it tastes or how it’s made. I will no longer be going to this location because their quality is almost nonexistent until changes are addressed. Some of the people there are amazing. The ones I remember from almost opening day. But the new hires get sour when you tell them they made a drink wrong. Like I don’t know how it’s supposed to taste after getting it for years. I truly think there needs to be something addressed. I come to this Dutch bros location often and I order the same drink every time. However the last few times when I ordered the golden eagle chai I ended up getting just straight coffee. I had mentioned it to them and they just looked at me and said sorry we’ll make sure it’s right and one of the broistas came up to the girl who was taking my order and told her to talk to him after she was done taking my order. He made it seem like I was just trying to get a free drink, that wasn’t the case I just want my order to be CORRECT. I didn’t appreciate that at all. I pay for every single drink I get and to see that kind of customer service is disappointing. I stopped by this location last night and I ordered my usual and a drink for my mom, I got her a hazel Carmel sugar free latte… the drink was just literal milk no coffee no flavor just milk. The first two times I ordered coffee here it was a great experience despite the long wait time. I went there a few days ago and tried to order a sugar free jelly donut. I was told only the syrup can be sugar free which was fine. Then the guy asks me at the window if I want coffee in it. This was confusing because I assumed it was coffee (Unless I’m confused). The drink was way over blended and was an ice coffee instead of a freeze. My 1 star rating however, isn’t because of one bad experience. My rating is due to the fact no one was wearing gloves. I could see a guy in the back spraying whipped cream on drinks without gloves, a different guy handing out drinks in the driveway no gloves, and then again at the window no gloves.
