I seen reviews and thought this place would be promising and was very excited to try their burritos and was let down. This place only opens during morning hours so you have to cone super early 5-10am. First bite i wasnt very impressed so continued bite after bite and the only thing i could taste is tortilla and potatoes. A breakfast burrito filled with egg, potatoes, cheese and meat of the day was bacon but the taste that filled with mostly potatoes so it was proportioned very well also lack of green chili sauce which makes a colorado breakfast burrito a real burrito not a potatorito which is the name ive given for this burrito. The burrito had very little flavor too. I wish i could have rated this better but it wasnt very good. Out of the 3 places ive tried this week so far this place is dead last. There are some people that i see that like it but its just not for me.

Wow!! What a tasty burrito! First timer at El Jefe and the flavor was incredible! One of the most flavorful, affordable, handheld burritos I’ve ever had. Nice work!! Will be back to try the sausage! I had the steak and bacon and it did not disappoint! $7!!

If you’re up early and craving a real Mexican breakfast, this little trailer is a must-visit. They open as early as 5:00AM and serve until 10:00 AM, so it’s perfect for early risers or anyone heading to work.

Everything is made fresh to order, and the flavors are totally authentic. The menu changes daily, which keeps things exciting—but my personal favorite is the ham breakfast burrito. It’s packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and always hits the spot!

As a connoisseur of breakfast burritos I can wholeheartedly stand behind these burritos. Most places you go have small breakfast burritos and seem to use cheaper ingredients. That is not the case here. I made it a point to let them know while I was there because they really do stand out as a place that makes nice, large size breakfast burritos with quality ingredients.

My recommendation is Fridays, and though you'll barely be able to move after, get one steak and one chorizo. Absolutely killer. Owner is also...
