Listen I don’t ever complain but seriously, I dealt with the most unprofessional manager/team tonight. We had ordered food for delivery to the hospital and they didn’t know where my order was or what my order was, even with me offering the order number. I gave them an hour to deliver it, and I got three different stories as to what happened to my order. I was then promised food and my money back, but was called 22 minutes later after waiting again haha, you can believe I was annoyed by that point. The manager couldn’t even tell me when he was going to “void” my order to get my money back, I have to call again tomorrow to see if I can deal with another manager who will take me seriously because I paid for something I didn’t even receive! I don’t know what their dine in experience is but I will not get delivery from this place again, such a shame. I can’t tell you guys how much I wanted my jimmy johns after a long day at work! Maybe their morning crew is better than their night crew, but that shouldn’t matter or be a factor in getting...

Bread from this location is almost always old and / or flat (don't let it rise?). It's a LITTLE better in that it used to ALWAYS be bad. They also can't be bothered to fill the order as requested. I would have stopped coming here long ago, but my wife insists.

Most recently I got an "Italian Night Club" combo, no salami, extra Capicola and add sliced Parmesan. It had Salami, and no extra Capicola or Parmesan. Looking at other reviews, it seems that QA is a significant problem, especially considering most people don't leave reviews, they just stop going. Getting delivery seems significantly worse. I'd normally guess they are untrustworthy when their customers aren't in the building with them, but other reviews seem to suggest it's no better in person.

I wonder how much business they've lost, or if the owner...

This place was the worst experience i had with a delivery place ever. My order was taken and i paid for it thwn AFTER running my card I was told that theu don't deliver to my address. I got mocked by a young kid when I told him that was what I budgeted for my meal and that now I was not going to be able to have dinner because he couldbt immediately refund the money or get me someone to takd the food to my location. I asked to speak to his manager and put my girlfriend on the phone where she heard him laugh to his boss and mock me again. I went in to pick up my food and got charged a second time for the food and didnt get refunded my money still after a couple months of waiting.
