The food is amazing!! Always hot and good. Service not so much. They are so busy they just don't get the orders right. Most places give you two slices of toast(4 halves) per order. They give you one slice due to worry about waste. Today one of our orders got none. The other two got one each. If we are being charged higher prices(which we understand and have no problem with) give us what we pay for!! Had to get up today and get our own cream. Why new management? I knew Rhea left but mom too? Who is running new coffee place on 11th?

Update...Went in on Saturday, May 11th. We were brought menus and she said she would be right back to take our drink orders. Instead she went and sat down with another table and chatted. I don't mind waiting for good food but customers should never have to wait long for water or coffee. It was really busy and the server that finally took care of us was waiting on all the tables by herself. She took our order and when she brought our food she explained that the cook made my order wrong so he was correcting it. No problem. But when she brought it, it was still wrong and she told me it was no big deal. It was to me. More customers came in and the woman who we assume was the owner was once again just sitting and chatting while once again our poor server was working her butt off. Not a great experience but again the food was hot...

I have been doing a tour of breakfast joints in Greeley the last few weeks. My experience at Roasty's was "mehh", at best.

We entered the front door and saw a sign that said seat ourselves. We found a booth and sat down. While I didn't time it, I am confident in saying we sat at least 5 to 7 minutes before we were spoken to by staff. Disappointing.

Once we had ordered the service was relatively friendly but necessarily warm or efficient.

Our food was OK, not bad but not great. The cinnamon roll was hard on the outer ring. Was not freshly baked. The biscuit and gravy was again just OK. The pancakes were not bad but not particularly noticeable. Hash browns were neither crisp nor particularly favorable and certainly fell flat. Bacon, Omelette and sausage were decent but not memorable.

End of the day I'm willing to try them again in a few weeks, but were I to have friends or relatives in town, I would not bring them here unless my next visit is measurably better.

I wish them the best, but this is my honest, uninhibited review of...

Decided to go for breakfast around 9 am. I have come here a few times before so I knew Noone would be seating guests. Found a table close to front so they would notice me. I know better than to set close to the doors (invisible to them). Still took 20 minutes to get waited on. Ordered coffee and a glass of water. Apparently I should have ordered ice water cause I didn't get any ice. Ordered an omelet and French toast. Got a very small omelet. I was expecting something a bit larger especially for the price. Anyway the food was good as usual but service was terrible. Had to stop staff for coffee twice and water once. Still ran out of coffee and water at the end of my meal. Decided to leave before I got more upset. Don't know if I can force myself to go back or not. Apparently they don't read reviews well and make up things that never happened. Guess I know now if I would...

No clue how we've missed this gem every time we've searched for breakfast, brunch, or diners, especially Downtown with a beautiful blue marquee-like sign, but here we are! Recently renovated, super cozy, with seemingly plenty of sweet senior regulars, great portions, decent prices, and a very attentive staff. We would easily put this in our mix of brunch go-to's! He got the Sourdough Patty Melt, and I chose the Belly Buster because most reviews raved about their sausage gravy and / or their Country Fried Steak. Both meals were delicious! He couldn't get enough of the fries, and he typically isn't even big on them. Everything was great. We cleared our plates! We'll certainly be back!

food was cold, and we pointed out to waitress she said the plate was hot.clearly, not even cheese was not melted.we got biscuits, and gravy clearly was not a biscuits diffrent style of bread.we will not be returning. English muffin was not toasted, just butter. All the waitress did was argure and try to correct us about our food.first of all, never argue with you customers.

Popular with locals is what I'm guessing as during the time eating lunch there were many patrons that came in and chatted it up with the staff. Fair pricing. Food served fresh and hot. Enjoyable music playing in the background too. Digging home cooking and being greeted with a "honey", "sugar"? Then look no more!
