Hubby and I went there first time last night and love, love, loved it, and did I say lovvved it! We were greeted buy a sweet and informative young lady at the counter poo answered any questions we had. We ordered the Phillies and french fries finishing up with cannolis which were to die for but back to the Phillies..... we wanted to see how they were plain and I am telling you the flavor in that meat is just extraordinary in fact I haven't had one that good since I lived in Ohio where I could get really good Phillies. The meat was so tender and so well seasoned, the bread was soft there are condiments at the table like a hot sauce and some salt and pepper but you know I didn't need any of that because it was seasoned so perfectly, as they say why mess with perfection but we're going to next time we go in and we are going to be experimenters and we'll find that every time were there the newest one that we've tried probably will be our most favorite. Prices are very reasonable for a 12 inch sub which is what my husband and I had and if you have leftovers which we did because we where stuffed like toy polar bears if you only eat half you get some foil to wrap it up with and the gal at the desk told me if you put it in the oven at 300 wrapped in the foil on 5 minutes that's all you need. As memory serves me there was a drink machine where you could get refills and a basket next to it to deposit napkins etc and leave the basket after you dump remains which was NONE except the paper in the basket then you're all set to go with a full belly happy happy happy belly. We will definitely be regulars. The staff was friendly, informative, great the sandwiches fantastico so now when we go back we will happily experiment to see which combination of sandwich items turns out to be our all-time favorite although the time before will always be our all-time favorite lol, make sure you go there you won't be sorry! We live extremely close to your restaurant, and I know that businesses get slammed, but our food did not come until an hour and a half after we placed our order. When the delivery girl got here, only half of our order was in the bag. We told her that it was wrong, and she chalked it up to being new despite being shown the receipt with our full (and missing) order. She then said she would go and get the missing items. The half of the meal we did get, was wrong. An hour and fifteen minutes passed before we ever received the ice cold second half of our order. Before the girl got here the second time, we called to ask about what had happened to our food, and the mistake was blamed on OrderUp, even though it is your cook and your delivery system. The initial order was received by you, and correctly, it just took 1 1/2 hours for half of our order to be delivered, and another 1 1/4 hours to get our second half. It was nothing OrderUp did wrong. Read moreVery unpleasant guy at the front. I placed an online order and showed up a couple minutes before it should have been ready and told the guy i was there for an online order. He said he would bring it when its ready. My phone chimed saying my food was done and people came in and out and I still didnt have my food. A couple even said to me as they were leaving with the food how I was waiting longer than them that I must have a big order. I had 2 sandwiches and an order of fries. I got my food jusy under 20 minutes after my phone said it was ready via text and email. He then yelled at me and said it wasn't his fault that I should call door dash and take it up with them. If he knows this happens and he works there, why wouldn't HE call them and figure it out to keep all the customers happy. Shouldn't be the customers responsibility to do his job.
