We ordered three Chile Relleno Burritos with steak. Upon taking a 2 bites, We noticed that none of the burritos contained steak i paid xtra for. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with "Anna", who apologized and acknowledged the mistake. She told me she let the cooks know and it was ALSO written on the ticket. She did offer to replace the burritos, but due to our timing constraints, i wasnt able to return the same day. So she offered to credit us for the 3 burritos for the very next day instead. I appreciated her efforts to rectify the situation and thanked her for making it right However, when I called the next day to arrange for the replacement burritos, I was informed that Anna was not working today. I explained the situation to a young male representative, who seemed hesitant to honor the agreement. He told me he was aware of the situation and was told id be calling in beforehand. He expressed concerns about the quantity of food to be replaced (3 Burittos) and argued with me for like three minutes.. finally saying just come get them... i told him ill be there shortly. He called me back like a minute later.... to offer just the 3.00 refund for the steak upcharge, which was not in line with my agreement i already had with Anna. I emphasized the importance of honoring your employees decisions regarding incorrect orders and suggested that any issues they had that it be addressed internally with their employees. After the continued arguments? I just requested to speak to the manager. I explained the situation once again. She responded rudely, telling me I should have brought them back and i already ate them... We only want to replace one of them? I told her they messed all 3 of them up how do you figure? She said fine! Come get them.. not without telling me if i ordered from McDonald's and i ordered a cheeseburger and i received it with no cheese and called them... that they wouldn't replace it just gibe me the cheese? I responded NO! they would apologize for the mistake and replace ot! Besides.... i didnt order from McDonald's and McDonald's didn't mess up my order. She was very upset and telling me she didnt have time to argue with me on the phone and that they had a house full to just come get it. I was now uncomfortable with the tone and vibe she left.. i believed that if I did pick them up, the food may have been compromised. (Spit in) So I called back and told them to just cancel the order, as they did not seem willing to honor it in the first place. I stated that I would no longer order food there and they lost a frequent customer for life, to which the manager replied that there are many other places to dine and hung up on me. 🙃 Place is Meh at most! Its okay till they mess...
Read moreI was in Greeley for an event at the University and I saw this restaurant when I was parking my car. I saw a sign out front that advertised homemade tortillas and so I decided to try a burrito for lunch. It was the best burrito I've had since I moved to Colorado from New Mexico 21 years ago! These are the kind of burritos that can make your entire week better. If you buy one for your boss, you'll probably get a promotion...yes they are that amazing! I ordered the Banderella for myself and my friends got the Americano. The menu has a good selection of things for lunch and dinner as well as breakfast. I noticed they have a California burrito too with fries in it. I used to love those when I lived out there. The tortillas for truly homemade and fresh in the stake in my burrito was tender and had good flavor. The beans for excellent too. It really tasted like a home cooked meal. I definitely will be making the drive back to Greely for more burritos and will definitely be buying the tortillas to...
Read moreWe have ordered here lots of times before. We've ordered menudo which is great. It comes with bread and spices, onion and lime. We figured since menudo is great that other foods here would also be good. Oredered #3, it had a taco, gordita and a cheese enchilada. Ordinary was plain no taste, the enchilada was thin smothered in red sauce and some cheese. The taco meat seemed like it was re-warmed . #5 had beef in the "smothered" burrito and no bean, taco and enchilada was the same as #3, and they sent a side of chili in a small salsa container as the green chili. Whoever makes the menudo does a phenomenal job but as far as the other food, I can't say enough on how bad it was. It's not just the taste but the quality and quantity that was handed out. We don't mind paying top dollar for great food but we won't tolerate eating bad food, especially in Greeley which has great...
