Visiting from out-of-state and I wanted good Italian food. Found this place online and had to stop by. Food was delicious! I enjoyed this Fettuccini Alfredo so much. The garden salad that was included in the meal was also yummy. I was a bit disappointed in the bread. The best part of Italian restaurants is filling up on bread but here they only gave us a TINY piece of bread that was no joke about 3 inches. Other than that we were very satisfied by the food and service.

Great local Italian eatery. The ownership and staff is fantastic! The Greeley location is the 4th location we've eaten at and it doesn't disappoint. The Old building is a cool vibe and the food is delicious. The entire atmosphere feels like you're part of a big family meal (a family you like). Please stop in and support this Colorado local establishment. We need these places to survive!! You won't be disappointed.

Stopped here for breakfast to try out something new. Very yummy! I had the burrito which was very good. The sausage in it is very spicy so maybe next time I will see if I can get it with bacon instead. The green chili had good flavor - not spicy. The pumpkin bread was awesome. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals.

I never leave bad reviews cause I try to be understanding, how ever this place was small and not very busy. My assumption for lunch was that it would be reasonably priced. I didn't google the menu or the place ib just took a chance cause my grandma wanted to try it. Everything you could get for lunch was 20$ plus. Now dont get me wrong Higher prices can be expected if paired with other atmospherical expectations such as decor, volume of customers, and workers wearing appropriate apparel. There was 1 server doing her best/ kind of. She met the mark with delivering the food but was not super helpful. We got outer food it was fine but super small portions and the salad served was really kind of sad. A few pieces of my Romain were super mushy and should not have been on my plate. The 1 sad lonley bread stick we got came with our salad, we were never offered more. After we paid we passed by the waitress/ hostess area we seen a brochure that said 2 course meal 13.95 with a decent sized list to chose from. I waited to ask her about this and she replied oh yes that menu is only avalible upon request, I then of course replied how do you request something you knew nothing about. She says well have a good day with an attitude and shortness to her. Really felt shafted and we totally got the short end of the stick here. I was hoping to really like this place, as it is close to my house and was ready to offer more of my business but I can't justify paying 24$ for a small piece of lasagna with 2 tiny meat balls that did not even taste hommade at all. I will not be back I'm shocked they are still in business with their lack of standards and prices. Greeley has not been fun to...

Walking into Pinocchios is like walking into an argument-- it was one of the most confused dining experiences I've had in a very long time.

The atmosphere and decor gives the distinct impression that one person really wants Pinocchios to be a rustic and welcoming family dining experience, and another wants it to be an elegant and trendy date night spot--- and instead of choosing one theme they clumsily mashed the two together.

The conflict continues to reflect in the food and service. The food is priced of what you would expect from a family dining experience, but the wine list, while respectable, doesn't match and feels like half of a drink menu of a nicer restaurant. The wait staff have a confused dress code and some servers seem to be trying to offering a fine dining experience and others trying to offer a more casual and familiar experience (they were doing their best though. I suspect the issue is with management, not the staff).

The food itself was disappointing. My chicken marsala was dry and chewy, with a bland sauce and freezer burned vegetables, while my wife's linguini was watery and equally bland. If I had to guess, the two most commonly used appliances in the kitchen are the freezer and the microwave. The only good dishes were the artichoke dip and the breadsticks-- however they were familiar and I think both were likely not made in-house, though I hope I'm wrong.

All-in-all, I believe this place is only busy by merit of not having much, if any, competition in town. You go to Pinocchios because...

I ordered from here around 4pm on New years. Simple order. One lemon cake and one angel hair pomodoro. Sent my wife to pick it up. They told her there was no lemon cake on her order. I checked. There absolutely was. So I had to go pick it up in the middle of COVID season and grab it, and risk getting the staff sick. It sucks not only being told you aren't getting something you paid for, but then being told you have to go in if you actually want it after they messed up. Not only that, the woman who answered the phone was rude and kept interrupting and not listening. The old man, dressed as a waiter, who handed me the cake refused to tell me who was responsible for the mess up and gave me no names so that at least some training and correction could be done to prevent this in the future. We won't be experiencing the inadequacies of this restaurant again.

EDIT: After getting home and discussing it with my wife, it turns out that the older gentleman who refused to give me names was the one who messed up my order. So not only did he mess up the order, he lied and refused to take any accountability for what happened. If you get this older man as your waiter just be aware of...
