I was in a bridal party that just had their wedding there. It sounds like the planning was great- but on the day of the wedding there were multiple sound issues. The sound tech didn’t come to the rehearsal, so when the sound system had multiple malfunctions (the biggest one being crazy loud feedback right as the bride walked down the aisle that was so bad they had to cut all the music), he didn’t know how to fix it. The pastors mic stopped working, and so did the back up handheld. It was a bummer. The staff also seemed ready to push us out and tore down rather abruptly. The wedding party also had to do a good amount of set up for the food when it arrived (taking of kids, setting up serving spoons etc).
I sincerely hope they offer bride/brides family even a partial refund. They didn’t hold up their part of the bargain with the sound, and while I understand issues happen to everyone, it was irresponsible for the sound tech to not be at...
Read moreWe hosted our wedding here and I can't say enough things about how perfect and amazing it was. I can't imagine any other place coming even close to this venue. We live in Denver but had our wedding in Greely just because of this venue!!
It has separate spaces for ceremony and reception so you don't have to drive anywhere or wait in a little hall while they "flip" a room. The cafe also has so much fun and natural charm that you don't have to do any decorations yourself really, unless you want to.
The open vendor policy allows you to bring your own food and beverages, which will save you a TON of money.
The people who run this place and help to organize events are extremely sweet and accommodating too.

I’m not sure if there was a ownership change in the process. Both were very nice but can cause for confusion. Trying to speak with anyone over the phone was impossible. All communication was done through email or actually showing up at the event center. The main issue I had was not enough time to set up. Gave us 30 minutes to decorate and set up. Was told if we wanted an additional 30 minutes to total an extra hour they’ll give us a deal for $250. I’m not made of money so that additional 30 minutes was too expensive!
