Dunkin' — Restaurant in Green Bay

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever experienced (in and out of this area) time and time again. Upon opening, they made drinks wrong, as well as food, and after trying maybe 6 times my husband and I stopped going. I visited one that was in Howard, WI because it was near my work and it was very consistently good!! Since transitioning to my role as a mother and quitting my corporate job, the Dunkin in east Green Bay is the only one near me. Recently I tried this location again, as my regular Starbucks is temporarily closed. I ordered my usual caramel iced latte and it was so good!! I was actually shocked. I went several times that following week and brought my husband on the weekend and we both loved it. Since then (about 2 months ago) we’ve been going every Saturday and Sunday morning. Half of the time when we go, our drinks are good, and half of the time they are terrible. We usually go back through the drive thru to have them remake them. My drink in particular seems to be “hard” for them to make correctly... it often tastes like iced milk with no coffee flavor at all, or even caramel. Maybe 6-7 times ago I had to start asking for light ice (my cup would be full of ice from top to bottom) and extra caramel, sometimes would help sometimes not at all. Today I went there, they gave me my iced milk, I went back through, and I didn’t even bother taking the remade drink as I could see it was not made correctly. The women who claimed she was your store’s manager said she made both the drinks, had made them both correctly and the same, and that is just how they look/taste. I tried explaining to her that it just tastes like milk, and she said there’s milk in it (I know this, obviously). I tried telling her that there should be some other flavor in it, like coffee/caramel, and she kept yelling over me hanging out of the drive thru that she knows what she is doing and how to make it as she is the manager. I ended up just asking for a refund because it was clear I wouldn’t be able to get a correctly made drink. The entire staff was stopped staring at us, as she was literally yelling, over me trying to talk. I’ve literally had probably over a thousand iced lattes, lol- I know, extreme, but true. I know what is in them, and the desired taste profile. This was the last time I’ll be visiting this location, and really probably Dunkin Donuts anywhere near my city. This location, I’m assuming, is going to shut down if someone isn’t going to get in there to train the employees how to make your drinks properly. It’s a shame because it is in a good location and would I’m sure do really well if drinks were being made how they are supposed to be- not to mention if customers were being treated how they were...

Horrible serve & communication. Came into the store I have never been in there since they opened. After about 3 mins someone said they would be right with me there is about 3 ppl in there or 4 then a women with coloring papers in her hands walks by ignoring me & another got just just walked in about a min ago in the line for online order pick up. She goes to the table and does a little organizing ! When you have 2 ppl there waiting that is more important & there is no children in there or anyone else but me & the other guy. She comes back & asked if I had been helped I said no. Then preceded to ask a question as she asked me what I wanted I told her I’ve never been there & wanted to know if I could have any donut for the dozen price. With a little attitude she said yes which one do I want. I told her than ask if I could spin this wheel they had on the counter she said yes, I was going to spin she said wait till we get this she meant wait till I pay. I said ok then tried to spin again after I paid & she said no I had to do the a review first. I said then that not what you said you said I could twice . If this was the case you need to use your words & should have said from the beginning you can spin the wheel only once you have complete a review on line. She said that’s what I said, no you did not I said. You told me I could twice but never said anything about doing a review 1st. She does not know how to communicate let alone good costumer service! If I could give this location zero stars I would! I ordered through the app. Lady asks me what would you like today? I said I ordered though the app. She said well I have 6, 7 orders what's your name? Totally unnecessary to say that. She could gave just asked my name. But whatever not a big deal right. I give her my name she said pull forward. I do so. She mentions it's going to take a while. Didn't know if she was talking to me but I said OK. She dropped a bag or something got so mad that she punched something next to the window! They weren't even open an hour at this point. I had my eleven year old with me! Scared the crap out of us. She hands me my things so quickly I was afraid I was going to drop them then gives me a passive have a nice day. You too.... also my food was cold and the tater tots tasted like chemicals. if I get sick I know why. talked to someone at work about it she said she had a problem with the same lady two months ago! She asked for non dairy creamer and no whipped cream. She gets to the window and she hands her the drink with whipped cream. She says I can't have whipped cream. Lady asks why? She said I can't have dairy it will mess up my stomach. Lady goes fine give me five minutes and pull forward I have customers behind you who arent complicated. Don't ever go to this location. Obviously management doesn't give a care either cuz the same rude lady is still working there. -100/10 would never recommend stay...
