Erbert and Gerbert's — Restaurant in Green Bay

When placing her order my wife told the guy she needed change for a $50. She gets a call from the driver asking which apartment building it was. She tells him it's not an apartment building just a house split into 3 apartments. He says oh ok well I will be right there. She told him she would wait downstairs. After standing in the cold for over ten minutes he finally shows up. She likes to get her change first and then figure out what to tip. We always tip between 5 and 10 dollars. He tells her he doesn't have enough change despite it being written on the receipt to bring change for a$50. He shorts her $4 and leaves. Upset at this point she calls the store and explains what happened. The manager on duty tells her he will bring her the money himself after close. He never came. Called and talked to the assistant manager the next day and he says don't wis worry we will take care of you I just have to talk to the manager and you will get a call back. That was Monday. It's early Saturday morning (I just got done with work). Never received a call back from anyone. I just put a complaint in with the corporate office. We will see how that goes. I used to bartend and when I did, I ordered from here very often. I haven’t since then, which is about 9 months. I got the comet, which I had always gotten, and I saw that there was now mac and cheese so I thought I’d give it a go ($5 for a little 8oz cup btw) no the price didn’t bother me. What does bother me is that there was what legit looked like ONE piece of beef folded in half and put on my sub and that is it for meat. Never has my sub looked the way it did tonight. I also get that it is later in the day, I work in food service now and have before, but I could totally tell the mac and cheese was sitting and being cooked more in whatever warmer you got it in all day and I’d most definitely rather have been given a phone call, lied to and offered a soup of some sorts, than be served what I was served. I have never once had a problem or been unsatisfied with my food before but this was just disappointing and a real let down on a place I’ve had good food from before: Won’t be trying again...

I am so disappointed in this restaurant. I had a group of kids to feed at an event where we were told of a deal at this location. After calling I was told that it didn't apply to deliveries. Then the girl hung up on me. While ordering, I discovered that several items listed on their online menu they no longer carried. I was told to expect my food in around 30 minutes.
