I tried to order late-night food from this location, and it’s honestly one of the worst when it comes to service. The staff at the front barely speak English, and every time I go in person, the only focus is on the money—no greeting, no customer service, just “pay first” energy.
The wait time is outrageous for a place that calls itself fast food. I’m not dining at a Michelin-star restaurant—this is supposed to be a chicken joint. Yet the food takes forever, and when it finally arrives, it tastes like it was cooked decades ago and left under a heat lamp ever since.
They charge extra for sauce like it’s gold, and the drinks are $5+ for something you’d expect to be part of the combo. On top of that, the portion sizes are tiny—like they’re serving toddlers. The food is dry, bland, overpriced, and completely underwhelming.
No wonder they’re shutting down locations left and right. It doesn’t even feel like a real restaurant—it feels like a front for something else. Definitely not worth your...
Read moreI waited over 25 minutes for a chicken strip bowl with waffle fries. It was sort of busy inside, they had one person behind the counter swiping left and right (I know what that is, I'm not an idiot) and someone came out of some doors that looked Ike a cooler but wasn't, and only one person in the kitchen trying to keep up with orders.
There was plenty of time for at least one of the two people doing... nothing, to help in the kitchen. It wasn't even bar time.
Poor service. Don't waste your time. If Erberts and Gerberts, or even one of the bars on the street that serve food are open, do that instead. The people who own it and manage it didn't care enough to keep the orders moving.
Love the food, but this location is terrible. AVOID!
NEW EDIT: I APPARENTLY LEFT MY WALLET BEHIND AND NOW SOMEONE OR SOMEONES ARE ATTEMPTING TO USE ALL MY CREDIT CARDS AT THEIR STORE. I HAVE EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES...
Read moreCame here with my family for the first time while visiting Green Bay. We were excited to try it since it’s always nice to find halal options while traveling. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The service was unwelcoming—when I asked the person at the counter for recommendations on their wraps, he brushed me off with a vague “it depends…” and offered no real suggestions. I ended up ordering the BBQ wrap, which was just okay. The chicken was a little overcooked, and the sauce didn’t stand out.
What really made the visit unpleasant, though, was the atmosphere. The same staff member was openly arguing with employees and even recording the kitchen staff in front of customers. It created a very uncomfortable vibe, and we didn’t enjoy...
