Asian Fusion Cuisines — Restaurant in Green Bay

I have tried Asian fusion about 4x in total. I wanted to like/love their food, but I have been disappointed 3 out of the 4 times ordering from here.

I wanted to support our local newly opened restaurant in the community hoping this could be a new alternative location for asian food. The dishes are not consistent. I typically always get the papaya salad with my entrees and it's either too sour or too salty. No in between. They really lack customer service skills. In a sit down restaurant, we received no greetings from our server. Water was asked a handful of times before it was brought out. We sat down first before another group came in and they were serviced first. Only ONE server working, I was being patient. But with only 3 tables, he really was lacking with attention to detail and listening skills. I did leave a tip. I am typically a decent tipper. I left a tip not soley for the server because it was very disappointing. But to show appreciation for the cooks. Very low chance of returning to this place. But if I do. It's because their asian flavored icecream was delicious. We got the taro flavor. Super creamy and doesn't melt to quickly. That is a must try 😁

I have been in the restaurant industry as a server, as chaotic as it was, I able to service my tables to the best of my abilities.

Everyone be their own judge when it comes to food and customer service. But this was my experience. I am reviewing this experience in hopes they will up their customer...

Service is terrible they never asked if we needed a refill on our drinks. Didn't ask how the food was not social at all. She came and asked if we were ready to order as soon as we sat down. Also it seemed like family members came in and she didnt care to take care of other tables. She was focused on them. Was done eating and waited about 20min to see if she would come grab the payment. I didn't mind too much because I was still chatting with a friend but it took so long I had to stand at front of the store/register and a kid from the family group kept yelling customer is here...she took forever to come out and help and looked displeased that i went up there ready to check out. At this point i should of left without paying. Don't order the pad thai taste like the smell of cigarettes. Chicken leg was still bloody inside. Chicken wings, eggrolls and spring rolls were good. The pepper and eggrolls sauce are terrible but the spring roll sauce is very good. Keep in mind there was only one other family of 3 people in there and they were already taken...

i knew the owners of China Palace, before Asian Fusion took over. Grandpa China Palace gave them the recipes and even the hot tea. Same restaurant except bigger menu now. If you used to get delivery from China Palace, they probably have your usual and do delivery too. China Palace even left their decorations and artwork (Notice writing when you walk in) and the new owners seem super nice and chill like the old ones. Their hot tea and house special helped me not decease from plasma donation and is a must have if you ever visit green bay (medical oolong tea in hot water (the China Palace sold me a huge bag of tea for being a regular cheap)). 11/10 they don't care about tips if you are impoverished or medicated. I remember the old owners being nice to me when I was stinky and quickly deceasing and then an even bigger stinkier guy walked in and they were so nice like they couldnt smell us. New owners just as nice with different flare on the house special and hot tea. This property literally...
