TL;DR - It was, okay. Would I return if I didn't have a gift card? No. It was expensive for what you get and didn't make a lasting impression on us.

We got there around 6:20ish (still within happy hour range) and ordered two spotted cows and they were TINY beers for 5.50 each. I would have thought this would have been priced at happy hour pricing but maybe that is the happy hour price.

The fried pickles were fairly bland (I believe we got seven to eight spears plus a side of ranch) and I was hoping for something other than basic ranch. A dill dip would make these things MUCH better. The cheese curds and fries were good, I'd like to see more cheese curds and less fries for $9.

My wife enjoyed her Beer Cheese burger, she said it was tasty but messy. I got the Fire Cracker burger which was good but lacked any flavor outside of the pepper jack cheese. There was a small amount of sauce on the burger but nothing you could taste over the pepper jack cheese. The bacon wasn't crispy, it was floppy. Who makes floppy bacon?! The fries were good and I liked the buns the burgers were served on.

Our waitress seemed very rushed, was not personable at all, and outside of asking us our drinks, what we wanted to eat, and asking one time how things are she didn't act like she cared we were there at all. Had she been more personable it probably would have made the experience better.

There are a lot of places to eat on the Fox and you should stand out, to me Fox Harbor didn't. We still have money left on our gift card, hopefully the next experience...

You can have great food but when staff is disrespectful, it takes away from us ever going back and giving them business. We wanted to go sit outside and a table was holding the only table available with their purses. We asked the party if it was available and they said no. They were also unsure when the rest of their party would be there. We asked one server (female with black glasses) who said it’s first come first served. We told her what the party said and mentioned she would go ask the server who had that section. We waited about it 8 minutes and she just kept taking tables orders and serving. I understand that’s her job but if you tell guest that you will go ask I would assume it would be right after she’s done doing that one tasks, not after 5-6 tasks. We were patient and then asked the female bartender who also said it was first come first servered and that she would go ask the table on a eta of when the rest of their party would be there. After the bartender asked the table she just walked past us and went inside, didn’t say a word. We waited outside for her for about 8 minutes and nothing. As we walked inside, the bartender was walking out with food.

My point is, if your staff tells guests that they are going to find out for them, don’t ignore and make them wait after you finish your 5 other tasks. It’s extremely rude and just terrible service. I hope this message creates awareness as to the disrespect we...

I've been here many times...the place is in an awesome location and its cool inside. I've had times where the bartenders basically suck... either making the wrong drink completely or arguing with me what goes in a shot (how about make the shot however the customer wants it....) But the reason i'm writing this is the party room upstairs. I had the room booked and gave them a down payment months in advance. I ordered 10 pizzas for my 60 guests and some appetizers. The food came out (3 pizzas and some of the appetizers). They were gone in a matter of minutes. I go downstairs to ask the manager why they only brought 3 pizzas up instead of 10 and she responded with....its really busy down here so we will put the next set of pizzas in soon.... I then ordered extra appetizers as ours ran out and they took over 2 hours to make.. I realized at 8pm they completely forgot to put out some of the appetizers that I ordered... needless to say..i didn't eat dinner until 9pm!!! (3 hours after the party started) I didn't care if they were busy downstairs as I ordered this food a month before the customers downstairs did. They are TERRIBLE at planning/executing parties. Some of my guests even went to McDonalds after cause they didn't get enough food! I was stressed the whole time...could've been having...

It was our first time at Fox Harbor. We got done with attending our first Packer game against the N.O Saints. My husband and I flew up from San Antonio, Tx. He went on google to find somewhere local to eat at. Fox Harbor did not disappoint. The location was historical looking and beautiful view of the water. It was pretty packed when we walked in sat ourselves. We were greeted right away and our server came to clean off the table from the previous patron. We told her it was our first time and asked what she recommended. We order the Ahi seared tuna as an appetizer, Apple Walnut salad with grilled chicken and the Fish sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. The owner came and talked with us. We watched him serve people wipe off tables. We were impressed. We will definitely making this place our regular dinner stop when we come up for a game.

Perfect spot on the river . Beautiful back deck on the river and appealing charm on the inside. This is a place I would go weekly if I lived in the area . The cod was amazing, light , flaky and perfectly breaded lightly. The fries could have been homemade also and it would have been a top 3 for me . Crinkle cut fries the frozen type but not bad. The “Pizza Fry’s” are a must have for an appetizer or a whole meal. Perfectly crisp on the bottom with no flop and a nice cheese blend from Wisconsin. The seasoning was spot on . Will order again everytime . The only complaint about those were the marina that came with it was cold . The marina tasted well but hot pizza fry to cold sauce isn’t ideal. The chili was above average with no beans . The waitress was great , big smile, loved her job you could tell. I will be back next week! Bravo

As we walked in, we saw that it was busy and seat yourself. They are located right on the river and even have a patio out back. We made our way to the bar, grabbed a drink, and started to scope out a table. You could eat at the bar, but we were actually lucky enough to get a table very quickly. We ordered the clam chowder and the perch fish fry, and it was all very impressive! The soup was great and not overly thick. The perch fry came with 6 pieces of perfectly crispy fish, french fries, coleslaw, and rye bread. We were very impressed by this fish even though it wasn’t beer battered. The breading was thick, crispy, and flavorful for every bite. We completely understand why it is such a popular spot!
