Hidden in the side of a Vietnamese grocery store, Mai’s House is the type of restaurant that knows it serves good food and doesn’t try to fancy it up. From the limited but authentic menu you can chose from Pho to skewers to pork belly and pad Thai all that looked amazing.
We had the pad thai, pho, and pork belly and were not disappointed. The pho was earthy with the just right ratio of noodles, meat and broth. The pork belly was beyond crispy with an amazing dipping sauce. The pad thai was average but filling.

This has been the best pho I've had and surprisingly it's in Green Bay, WI. This is a small family owned restaurant inside an asian grocery store. Quick and fast service, with food that beats east coast Vietnamese food and huge portions.
A hidden gem? Maybe. Is it worth a visit while here? Absolutely.
If you couldn't tell how much flavor is in it, just take a look at the pho broth on my spoon!
Wishing this business all the success and more in their future. Hope to visit Mai's House soon!
Love, A forever...
