AT&T Store — Local services in Green Brook Township

Although through my own clumsiness, I broke down and needed to replace my 4yo IPhone 8. I stopped in Sunday for info after reading good reviews of the Green Brook store. After being explained my options and feeling confident in the answers given to all my questions I decided to try and make it to Tuesday as there was to be a new announcement from Apple, possibly giving me another, better option however, once I got home my phone took another dive and I decided to file a claim w my insurance and get a replacement. Once the replacement arrived I stopped back and Jay helped me navigate the transfer of data. He was extremely informative and helpful w my questions and I felt I was making the best decisions about my phone (my life). I highly recommend this store. They really do take the time to make sure you understand your options and they will try to work w your situation. I arrived as soon as I could(7:30) and Jay stayed and answered my questions and didn’t rush anything until I was finished (:45 min after closing) If you consider customer service important, you need to shop here! I am extremely grateful to Josh and the other gentleman for helping me today with my iPhone trade in. I went to a different store 4 times and spoke with AT&T customer service three times and could not get my issues resolved. AT&T Greenbrook worked through the whole issue with me and made sure that AT&T customer service could see the resolution in their system. They even gave me a shipping label and packed up my old phone so I could return it that day. We googled the closest UPS store so I could meet my trade in deadline. My son needed a new phone and we went to this At&t in Green Brook. We really appreciate and thank Jee the manager who assisted us. He is so amazing! He was so helpful and very kind. Such a wonderful man with a good heart and customer service! He treated us as his own family and gave us a great deal! So, instead of my son just getting a new phone, i ended up having a new one too!
