Antonio's Pizzeria LoSchiavo — Restaurant in Green

Update: We tried here again because Holly reached out to me and was incredibly nice giving me a giftcard, which was appreciated. The great things about our 2nd time, the food was better. Good tasting chicken, good Italian sub, and decent COOKED pizza. Along with the amazing delivery driver, i think her name was Lena (sp). She was super nice and friendly, which made the experience way better. The downside: it must be a requirement to answer the phone and be rude. The guy that answered the phone was rude, acted bothered, bored, and annoyed, kept sighing after asking me about my info. I understand being busy, possibly feeling rushed and stressed, but this sounded nothing like those. Overall, average food, rude people on the phone, but great delivery drivers since both times our drivers have been more than amazing. My boyfriend and I ordered from here for the very 1st time. We were excited to try it because it looked delicious from the advertising we have seen. When he called, the lady who answered the phone was snotty and a bit rude. When our pizza got here, we opened our pizza and it didn't even look cooked at all and it was cold. Green peppers were raw. We tried a bite anyways, giving it the benefit of the doubt. It wasn't cooked, it was really doughy. So WE had to cook our own pizza that we had DELIVERED in order to eat it. We are so disappointed in this, especially since it was a $40 order for 1 large pizza; so we're expecting a lot more. It tasted better after WE cooked it, but it was still a bit doughy even though it had been cooking for roughly 15 minutes (which is what we normally do if the pizza is a bit cold) so this pizza seems like it wasn't even put in the oven at all and if it was put in the oven something went terribly wrong since it didn't cook! We probably won't be ordering here again, which is disappointing since it had potential to be amazing since the toppings were good, especially once cooked and maybe some more taste to the crust since it was bland. This is the second time I have gotten the pepp trio from this location. I fell in love with the pizza at the new location in Copley that one is AMAZING! however green is closer to where I live. The first time not bad not as good as the Copley location. but I just got a take out pizza tonight in the green location and it was undercooked. I literally ate a piece on the way home so it wasn't like it had sat or anything. I turned the oven on 350 and put it in right away instead of waiting. set timer for 15 min and took it out and was cooked like it should have been. That's while the oven was getting to temp also, however I shouldn't have to do this since picking up food was the whole point of not messing in the kitchen to begin with. On the positive side I can now eat my pizza and the kid at the counter was really nice so that's something. Also I wont be going to this one anymore..maybe they just have an oven problem. I'll try the Copley location next time and hopefully they dont disappoint. For pizza that is a smig bit more expensive it should be perfect especially since the box literally says they bake my pizza to golden perfection. I want Golden Perfection Damnit! Young adult hired but when first day approached she was rudely talked to by management who said he had asked her several times about her ever having a driving under suspension she said NO. But said she did have one and just was rude to her she came home in tears i wanted to go up there but wanted to do the right thing. So let me explain like she tried to do that was a mistake on the courts side at Dan Street when she was underage . She had a ticket for curfew for eating at McDonalds with her little sister at 10 pm when you are not 18 its considered a driving violation which also takes there licence away for 3 months because of having onother person in car with them. The under suspension came when they ( the courts) gave back her license but didnt send her paperwork to the BMV. But once we showed all the paperwork to the juvenile courts it was dropped and was supposed to be taken off her record. So before you treat a young adult with no respect and belittle them maybe you should give them a chance to explain. Some are really telling the truth. Hopefully you dont treat all your younger employees like...
