Burger King — Restaurant in Green

If I could leave zero stars I would. This BK is a dumpster fire, avoid at all costs. I've waited 10-15 mins multiple times at this drive through when they weren't busy. I waited 21 minutes today to get 1 burger and fries and I was the only car in the drive through. I kept my mouth shut when I paid but I was fuming, she could probably tell. I could see 3 employees inside chatting and not working while they laughed, one being the shift manager. I saw my food sitting on the rack waiting to be bagged for 7 minutes with nobody in sight. The drive through woman inside got lippy with me and hands me a drink with the lid half put on and then it dumps in my car. She says "hahaha that's what you get, ya shoulda went to taco bell!" and waddles away from the window. I can only imagine what the next customer got! I'll never give this business another dollar so...

Come on guys. Yall rock. That’s why I’m giving what is really a single finger review 3 stars.

But you guys seemed to have either got my whopper Jr and chicken nuggets out of the fridge, or I happened to have picked the wrong items and Got stuck with hangouts, or somebody is trying to work ahead

What ever it is. Please. I have not had food for the past 8 hours. I’m starving. It’s whopper Wednesday. I was hoping to get that but I only had a few bucks in cash.

My whopper jr hasn’t had one bite.

What’s this “ticket rerouted” message. I’m just seeing this looking for a time.

Here’s the issue. Why does it say 5 items when it’s 3. I couldn’t afford 5 items bruh

And 2 sauce packets for an 8 piece? No way. Never have. Not even on my birthday. And only got 1 here.

So we used to hate this burger king. It went downhill a few years ago and was a horrible establishment through the pandemic. Food was either cold, burned, a mess or you could tell they reheated it. Not anymore though! We went in to make sure our food was being prepared correctly and so we could check it before we left and ended up having a wonderful experience. The man who rang us out was very nice and we had fun joking and talking with him. The lady who manages the store now really knows her stuff and you can tell she tries to make everyone's visit worth the time and money. The entire staff seemed to get along well and were having a good time doing their jobs from what we could tell so she is obviously doing something right! They have renewed our faith in Burger King...
