I ordered a large Tai chicken salad and had it delivered. I opened it and discovered my chicken was missing. I called and they put me in the âred book â to have it replaced. Fast forward to another day. I call to have it replaced. I arrived to get my salad . I wait in line behind two other customers ordering. I finally get to the register and tell the employee they have a salad for me . She walks away confused looks around and asked me my name. She finds my salad and says hold on they need to ring you . I said it is a replacement. I also said I need a coffee like a cafe mocha , but no cream or milk. She again looked completely lost and said âI donât think I can â I do it all the time. I order from this Panera twice a week. i explained how to make it. She called a manager over and another manager says â she is good donât ring anything â I said â I need to pay for my coffeeâ I again explained how I want it â This time getting frustrated as I needed to get back to work! I spent 20 minutes in there to get a salad I ordered an hour before and to get a coffee. The other manager came over and finally made my coffee after I again explained how to do it. I filled the cup and asked for my âWHIP creamâ on top. She said â I thought you didnât want cream. I said â I never said I didnât want WHIP cream. She said you are getting loud with me and my other manager !!! I said â I have been here 20 minutes â She said âYou have not been here 20 minutesâ I asked for her bosses name she saidâ call here in the morning â I am calling corporate not your...
Read moreI have a limited time on my lunch break. Panera is a busy place at lunch time. It certainly was frustrating and disheartening to be refused service after circling the parking lot a few times just to park. I waited through the line and ordered my lunch but when I tried to pay with a $100 dollar bill, my service was refused. I was told there are too many scams at this location going on, well, reality check PANERA! there are more scams with $5 and $20...etc! So, since this particular location is in such a bad part of town (portage lakes) I suggest everyone stay far away from there and spend your money where AMERICAN tender is legal. I was a legitimate, hungry, time sensitive, paying customer, and Panera Bread straight ruined my day with out batting an eyelash. I guess the scammers have won, because I got to take the heat for their criminal actions, having no time left to go eat somewhere else, this negative vibe will inevitably spread to everyone I come in contact with for the rest of the day.. You should be ashamed of your selves for this. I will boycott your store for as long as I live or at least until you issue an official apology, not that you would because you are greedy inconsiderate and...
Read moreI love the food and drinks at Panera. I regularly order there, usually curbside, and typically have a good experience. However, the last two curbside orders in a row, the coffee I ordered was barely lukewarm. I thought that perhaps I arrived too late to pick up my order. Today, there were some issues with my curbside order pickup, such as no silverware or napkins included, etc., as well as cold coffee yet again, even though I was right on time. This time, I dumped the coffee and went inside to get fresh. All the thermoses of coffee inside were running out, another reoccurring problem experienced at this Panera. I filled up my cup from three different thermoses and upon getting in my car realized that this coffee was also barely warm.
Bottom line, the coffee is good, but I don't want to pay for cold coffee, and I don't want to purchase it online and not be able to get a full cup because the coffee in the thermoses are not being replenished.
I love you, Panera! I want to keep ordering from your store! I would really appreciate your attention...
