We have purchased at least a dozen watches, probably the same amount of necklaces and earrings as well. As parents to 7 kids, we have bought many gifts for them as well as many for one another. We started our patronidge before chapel hill mall closed and followed our sales steam to Arlington Ridge Rd in Akron. We are also known to shop at the outlet store in Grove City, Pennsylvania. Most times, it simply gives us a reason to travel out of Ohio. I like that they offer the lifetime trade up program where you can trade in your old Kay Jewelry towards new, bigger, and better items, though we have not yet taken advantage of this program. We were just there yesterday as a matter of fact. We had to pick up my wife's ring that had been out for service, and we also purchased a new necklace for each of us. For those of you with no Kay's card, worry not ! Kay Jewelers has offered progressive leasing for as long as I can recall. When we first got it I had to have it resized, so we brought it in and transferred the paperwork for the ring and the warranty over to my fiancé. I went in today for my inspection and all the paperwork we transferred is MIA. So I asked the woman that helped me that if something happens to the ring before I relocate the paperwork then we are responsible financially for the repairs, even though the warranty was purchased? She said we are, even though it’s THEIR fault the paperwork wasn’t added correctly. You can see in my file that we got the ring resized through that store.
