The one major issue I have had here is crime. I used to spend some time here for a job I was working and within 2 days of me working there I had my catalytic converter cut off my car when I was parked in a well populated area. The owner of the plaza probably needs to either hire a security contractor or work out a deal with the Summit County Sherrif to help reduce crime because I know thats not the only issue we had.

Also pick up your trash in the parking lot once a year. It gets pretty messy until all the wind blows it around into the local woods.

As it depends on the individual retail stores e.g Target 🎯 remodel is/has been completed. In terms of driving there and going to park in the parking lot is practical. When traveling by Akron Metro 🚇 RT 2 Arlington outbound, The stop is on sidewalk which only goes so far into Arlington Ridge then you have to navigate the parking lot to reach your destination.
