I come to this chipotle frequently because it is right by my office and usually it’s clean and the staff have great customer service. Today I went and the counter where they make food was disgusting. I waited almost 10mins before being acknowledged to place an order. It was two staff standing at the register talking not once acknowledging they had a line of people waiting. Then another staff finally came to take orders. She told me it would be a minute for the chicken which was fine I was willing to wait because I didn’t have time to go anywhere else due to limited lunch break. So I asked if she knew how long the wait would be. She look back at the grill which and said “I mean you can see for yourself it may not be that long.” So then I ask if she could ask the person on the grill if he could provide and estimate and as if I was getting on her nerves she said “yes when he come back” with much attitude. Read moreI was shopping at target and stopped to get a salad. I placed an online order, and my dressing for the salad was missing. I didn’t check the bag because it was stapled shut. I felt containers so automatically assumed one was placed in the bag. When I got home no dressing was in the bag. I could have used another dressing but what is a chipotle salad without their house dressing.
