Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Green

I can see why this Chipotle has such a low rating compared to others.

I have lived in Green for 10 years, I just took a job in Green to be closer to home.

I typically get Chipotle 2 to 3 times for lunch, because it is one of the healthier options.

I like fajita veggies. I usually ask for extra veggies, and have never had a problem in the Chipotle I would typically frequent for lunch.

The first time I got this one for lunch, the lady who made the bowl scoffed when I asked for more, because she was trying to rush the process (it wasn't busy) and had to bring the bowl back, but at least she gave them to me.

The last time I went, the same lady made the bowl, and gave me the extra veggies like I wanted. She passed the food onto the next kid who was too busy chatting with someone else, and when I asked for spicy salsa, he gave me tomatoes. When I informed him that I didn't want that, and wanted the spicy salsa, he started to put the spicy salsa in the bowl. I had to say that I didn't want the tomatoes, and he actually asked "Do you want the bowl to be remade?"

When I said yes, he was obviously annoyed (by his own doing). I asked for the same stuff, but when I got to asking for the extra veggies, he gave me a small amount, I said again, that I wanted extra, he picked up a very small amount. At this point, I probably had a little less than a normal portion when asking for veggies. I said again, I wanted more. He scoffed at me, rolled his eyes, and then picked up one single veggie. I said again, I wanted more. He refused and said "That's all you get."

Well, I got no veggies because I walked out, and went to Hot Head across the street.

Never again will I visit this Chipotle location. I will just go to Hot Head, or drive...

Refusing to allow those with mask exemptions to dine in. Refusing to allow them to order or pick up food in person, in the building. Staff heard mocking those who have exemptions and discussing reported health issues. Staff allows friend in with shirt necks pulled over. Staff also leaves their noses out frequently or not masked at all while sweeping. Staff will take orders from unmasked people, as they refuse them equal access to a climate controlled building with a menu to choose from. Then they will be out on the sidewalk while standing only 6 to 12 inches, practically shoulder to shoulder with disgruntled, shocked, and mistreated patrons. I called management who claimed the health department told them this is how they must behave to stay open. I called the health department and they said that I should file a complaint and they did not okay discrimination in violation of the American Disabilities Act. Update: I have emailed Chipotle as the owner said to do so below. I have called management and corporate and the situation of discrimination only escalates. Obviously, they have trained their staff to behave this way. Try getting service utilizing the mask exemptions written in along with the mandates and see how you are treated. Do it today! Changing my review from 3 stars (2022) to 1 star (2/23/25). Last night we came through the drive thru and picked up our online order. I spent $56. 4 bowls, 2 drinks, 2 chips, 2 queso, 1 guacamole, 2 tortillas. Did not recieve any sides. Went back through drive thru and he said sorry we're busy. Ok? And? It was around 7:30 p.m. and no one was in drive thru but me. Maybe 3 or 4 costumers inside. He gave me the sides that were missing. Went home. 15 min drive. The bag of sides were still missing the chips!! Dumb me for not checking. Then 2 of the bowls were a complete joke! Like bizarre! I literally drove all the way back (another 30 minutes round trip) to get a refund. At this point I was just done. He said we can't give you a refund to call headquarters. Say what! This location has done this multiple times. I'm officially done with Green. Whoever owns this location please train your manager to train the employees like chick fil a trains theirs! The teens and younger 20 year olds are getting worse at these fast food/drive thru types of restaurants. Nothing pleasant about them. They act like it's a drag to be at work. Entitled.
