My recent experience at Zaxbys has left me questioning the direction of the brand, as it seems to have taken a noticeable downturn in quality and service. Specifically, the ongoing issue of receiving insufficient extra sauce despite paying an additional fee has become a concerning trend, casting doubt on the overall value of dining at Zaxbys.
Despite expressing my dissatisfaction and paying extra for additional sauce, I consistently received cups that were only a fraction full, suggesting a lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer expectations. This recurring disappointment has significantly detracted from the enjoyment of my meals and raises doubts about the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Moreover, when attempting to address this issue with the cashier, I was met with resistance and unprofessionalism, further solidifying my concerns about the declining standards at Zaxbys.

Read moreI hardley ever write reviews only when things are good. However I have never had this bad of customer service anywhere not walmart not mcdonalds and here was just the very worst. I came in and immediately used the restroom found no toilet paper and no paper towels. I then went to find napkins and there were none at all. So i go to the counter and everytime i ask what is in something the girl just kept adding it to my bill and i had to tell her to take it off. I finally decide and order and as im ordering another customer comes up with something wrong with her meal not saying anything but the girl stops serving me and starts helping her. She then after helping her continued with me i handed her my card for payment she took it swiped it and the womans whose order was wrong came up she has my card and goes and takes this woman her food. She comes back says im all set i then had to ask for my card back and then my cup the resturant was basically empty at this time as well. Then there was no ice and only three cup lids. Read moreYesterday afternoon I made a drive tru, I got to my job to eat it and the order was incorrect and the quality of the chicken was awful, hard and cold. I called the store and a employee apologized and said he prepared my order and that something had happen "a situation" when I was purchasing the order.
He said he spoke with the manager and to stop by today to get a refund for my food since he could not refund me 3 dollars.
I just went to the store and the 2 girls that were there (red hair and black long wavy hair) where just laughing and the black hair said "oh just for a finger? That's like 1.47 dollars".
A man decided to take the lead when the red hair could not do anything to help since I didn't want a kids meal on return for their mistake and I was not taking that, at the end he refund me the value of 1 finger which was the first mistake in my order, I ordered a 5 finger and they charged me for it when in reality what I received was a 4 finger meal.
I left the store saying thank you to the man and telling to make sure the black hair lady knows how to act when a client is complaning because "it's just like 1.47 a chicken finger" with a sarcastic and laughing way is not how to...
