The absolute best fast food chain I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at. The customer service paired with the incredible leadership creates an amazing environment for customers alike. This coupled with Pal’s drive to always delight customers will always and forever hold a special place in the hearts of the people visiting there for the first time or being a regular customer. Nothing will ever beat the amazing food quality of the big pal and literally every other food item on the menu. Pal's is an East Tennessee treasure! To date the Greeneville Commons is the only indoor sit down location, most being the iconic turquoise brick with the giant hot dog & fries drive through locations. Pal Barger runs an award winning company through quality food, superb training, superior performance expectations, and non-franchise working management. All Pal's locations consistently receive 100 on inspections. Everything on the menu is delicious & each patron feels their favorite is the best. There are even a few "secret menu" specialty orders, time of day only items, seasonal eats, and location specific treats. My personal go to order involves a combination of: chipped ham with cheese, hot dogs, frenchie fry, Sweet Tea or Peachie Tea, Strawberry shake (large is ginormous). Pal's was recommended to us by a local (we are from Ohio). I'm so VERY glad we tried this place! Food was hot and fresh off the grill. Vegetables on his double cheeseburger were plentiful and fresh. The Frenchy Fries were very hot, crispy, and had just the right amount of seasoning on them. We also ordered a saucyburger-it was quite unique! I enjoyed it, but not as much as double burger with toppings 😀. We ended our meal sharing a chocolate milkshake. It was so thick, it was like when I was a kid and we had malt milkshakes.
